Found a used Equinox on carfax.

Found a used Equinox on carfax. Went to buy, was given a terrible loan (I made a large down), 9% loan and told couldn't pay off before 6 months. He didn't offer other loans or payment options, wasn't busy.. Irritated me so much, I shopped elsewhere for extended warranty. Got loan paperwork today, no penalty for early payoff, guessing he'll lose an incentive when I pay it off this month.

Found a vehicle on carfax at FFF.

Found a vehicle on carfax at FFF. Knew it was what I wanted and reasonable price. My problem was with the finance office. Got me a terrible loan (9%-I have excellent credit and made a big down), told me I couldn't pay it off before 6 months. The loan irritated me so much, I shopped elsewhere for the extended warranty. Got my loan paperwork today, no payoff penalty for me, guessing he may lose an incentive for writing such a bad loan, when I pay if off this month.

I took my 2016 ford explorer sport in to get the A/C leak

I took my 2016 ford explorer sport in to get the A/C leak repaired and they said they had found the issue and that it was a Schrader Valve issue. However this was my 2nd attempt at a dealership fixing the issue. The first one said it was the A/C compressor and they replaced it and all the coolant leaked out and stopped working withing 2 weeks. The other dealership also argued with me as well so I decided to take it to Frank Fletcher Ford thinking they could get it done and they said it was a shader valve and that they had fixed it and again within 2 weeks the coolant leaked out again and stopped working. After being aggravated and not having my car for months being in the shop back to back for the same issue and fall has hit so I didn't need the A/C anymore I didn't want to take it back. However summer hit and I have 3 kids that I need this car for and blazing 100degree weather I had no choice but to take it back. Within less than an hour they had said they found the issue with the A/C condenser and I was going to have to pay even though they had miss diagnosed it the first time and charging me twice for a workmanship issue. I had said they didn't fix it the first time and they decided to use probable deniability saying there is no way to tell if this happened after. However this was not my first time trying to get it fixed and it always leaked the coolant within the same time frame. This is why I know it was a miss diagnostics because they have guessed on the fix multiple times and the fix never holds. Also once in the past I had to take it back for realignment because they did an alignment and it was not correct so they corrected it the 2nd time and they said in quote "it looked like the guy didn't know what he was doing" so there work quality is already showing low due to lack of training. I just want it done right so my children don't have to bake in a black car in 100 degree weather overtime I take them anywhere.

Thank you to the kind and helpful people at ford!

Our truck broke down on the way back to Kansas City, Ford Fletcher stayed open late so that our truck could be towed there. The receptionist was extremely helpful with getting us a taxi to take us to the airport to pick up a rental car. Our truck needed a new transmission and was ready within 2 weeks!

Thank you to the kind and helpful people at ford!

Our truck broke down on the way back to Kansas City, Ford Fletcher stayed open late so that our truck could be towed there. The receptionist was extremely helpful with getting us a taxi to take us to the airport to pick up a rental car. Our truck needed a new transmission and was ready within 2 weeks!
