I worked with Tucker before I arrived at the dealership and with Phillip once is as there They both were great. You can tell they really care about you,... even if you end up not buying a vehicle with them.
Went in for service and was ambushed by their sales team. They pressured me and my then pregnant wife intoba trade in. Salesman even threatened to strangle... me.HORRIBLE buissness
Thank you so much, Dr. Phil Horn- Car Guy!! He went over and beyond with excellent customer service and assisting in what our family needed. We ended up... trading my 2015 Toyota Corolla for a much spacious one! We are very happy and content with 2019 Dodge SXT. It's much roomier and has wonderful features! I thank you, Dr. Phil for taking Excellent care of us!!!
Website is horrible!! No pricing and no options to sort and you have to consent to phone calls just to look!! And I am a seriously looking but they just... lost my business.
For two months I have been try g to deal with Roper Kia over a 2020 Kia Soul we looked at a 2018 and liked it was filling papers out when they said they... could get Us finance on a new Soul . We said fine. I was took over the a red Kia Soul on the show room floor and set in a beautiful red Kia . It was late and I ask if ours would look like that one . Three times I ask was told yes but black . Ok we Drive the 2018 home and went back the next day to pick up our new soul . We was showed a black Kia Soul and he got in hooked up the radio and sent us on our way I hadn’t got out of town before I noticed 3000 miles on the car our paper work said 44 . I texted and called the salesman . And he said it was a demo car . We had never talked about a demo . We thought we was receiv g a soul Gt we paid 24,000 . Now we are sent home with a black demo soul with 3,000 miles I left the car we have is just a very plane Kia Soul I have been so upset over this my husband. Is a 100 percent Disable Vet . We had to tag the car and used his va t the tag office . I’m still leaving messages I ask to speak and left a message for Jack Frost . none of my messages have been answered .Finaly after making our second payment I talk to the General manager. Another proublen is they signed both our names to the extended warranty. At first they denied it but having the signatures it’s obviously not out . Then they were going to get another loan and get us the car we should alread have . Then I’m told our credit didn’t go through . Ok I don’t understand it was them that gave us the cheeped car . But they won’t make it right . He had told me his hands are tied . He had told me he would take care and f it . Now no we can’t get the car we paid for or thought we We’re getting .i never dreamed this would happen we are elderly and know this is our last Car very upset with the car we have now we just want what we were told we were getting . Does anyone know who I can go to for help. We Paid cash down plus two payments . So we don’t want to send the car back . I ask will it be like this one was told yes only black . We drove the 2018 home . And went to pick the 2020 black one up the next day . Papers had all been signed .44 miles z k. We picked up the black one and took it home .it is nothing like the one on the floor it also had 3,000 miles on it . Can’t get anyone to respond to us . I don't mean to rate them so low, but on an overall average, I believe this is a fair assessment. First, the salesman, Josh, challenged me to give... him parameters to sell me a vehicle. I setfort lofty expectations... he met or exceeded them all. The only one I didn't budge on was a personal preference I had concerning the step bars for a lifted 2017 F-150. He assured me the dealership would satisfy my desires. I give him 5 STARS for his part. Long story short, we spent over $25 in just gas cost, 2 weekends, 10 hours of our time... all in the time frame of 2 months, to have the stock, chrome step bars ($535, yes I checked) replaced with inferior, painted ones that did NOT meet my request, which probably cost them $300, and the kicker was - they kept the chrome ones, refusing to return them. There's more to the ordeal, but on my departure of the dealership, I informed them I would NOT be returning to that dealership. You would think that someone who has purchased a NEW KIA, & a used pickup in the last 8 months, (totaling over $85,000.oo) might be better treated. I guess we'll never know, because I have instructed the dealership to refrain from contacting me, due to their attitude and words on my last (and final) visit. ................................................. I don't have to have the last word in a verbal sparring, but I feel like I need to correct some false statements and inaccuracies, being posited below, by the (supposed) owner, who responded below. 1st. No type or manufacturers, that I suggested on the step bars, were considered when I was asked for my input. KIA employees informed ME, that they ordered some, that I could try. On our first visit, they put only 1 side on, and after agreeing it was NOT in the parameters set forth, they pulled it off, and reinstalled the stock step... not to mention that the one which they had procured, was damaged. Also, not to mention, they had "double booked" the shop area AND technician, hence, the 3 hours for NOTHING. 2ND. On our second venture to have step bars, which again they ordered on their own, they put on 1 side, and asked for our approval. After viewing it, and being RUDELY castigated by shop worker(s), I told them to just put them on, and I would deal with it later, after being told that the stock steps would be loaded in the bed of my pickup. (LATER REFUSED). The "Complmentery Service " referenced, was to have the 35" tires rotated, after they were balanced, due to a slight vibration noticed during the short, slow test drive, before purchase, and confirmed by the drive home. I was assured that it was not a problem (I DO claim responsibility not getting that in writing). Let me explain the competency of the shop... they pulled the tire off of the pickup , rotated them per my instructions, and replaced them on the pickup. When I asked for the assurance that the tires were spin-balanced, I was told by a technician, "That's NOT my job". Another hour while they took the tires off (AGAIN), balanced them, and reattached them(AGAIN). Upon departure, knowing I was VERY displeased, a manager had the gall to tell my wife how much time and money, the dealership had spent, trying to make us HAPPY. Final outcome: We spent $450 of our time, $25 of our gas, 2 weekends - just so ROPER KIA could trade our stock step bars (which they "already had plans for"), in order to install cheaper (1/2 price) bars.
