I got a 2016 Buick Encore after 2 years it isn't but a piece of crap. We have put in $2,400 so far and still not running right. I still believe they knew it was not in good condition. I still have 2 more years and I don't know if it will hold up wasn't told it was an as is if I knew I wouldn't have bought it. Hope others have better luck than I did.

Great Service and great people went and got an oil change less than 30 minutes I was gone. They do a great job and the price is not high. It’s just the right price to pay for oil change.

Navigating the various options in buying an automobile today is quite different from the past. It can be a daunting experience with the many choices. Like any serious car buyer, I spent a considerable amount of time online trying to find the vehicle I wanted, and I contacted several dealerships. After I placed a call to Trice Hughes in Princeton, KY, inquiring about one of their vehicles, I was fortunate to be connected with Jarrod Singleton, and I hit the jackpot. I am not a novice car buyer, and I have worked with many car salesmen, but Jarrod is my all-time favorite. He is straightforward, honest, and went above and beyond to provide great service. Not only is he professional, he is great fun to work with. I promise this will be the best time you will ever have while spending money! I was looking at a couple of different vehicles, and this dealership was the farthest away, but after speaking with Jarrod, I wanted to deal with him and this dealership. It was a pleasant drive from Louisville and well worth the trip. From the time I stepped through the door, everyone was welcoming and friendly. On a different note, I am a neat freak, and this dealership was exceptionally clean, neat, and well-maintained, which is just another demonstration of how they respect their customers. I was in one dealership in Louisville not long ago (high-end cars) and it was an absolute mess; dark and dirty, and I wouldn’t buy anything from them. I wouldn’t even sit in their chairs. Yes, customers notice these things! Trice Hughes has a wide variety of vehicles, and I am confident you will find one you love. I would definitely make the trip again the next time I’m in the market.
