AC repair

I called their service department to look into my vehicle's air conditioning. My vehicle's make is Mitsubishi Gallant 2008. Service dept gave me an appointment after three weeks last summer in 2022. Auto Mechanics inspected my vehicle and made the diagnosis that my vehicle's compressor has gone bad and has to be replaced at a cost of $1600.00. Service department assured me that after the repairs there will be no problem with the air conditioning. I agreed for the repair and they did repair the AC by replacing the compressor. For two weeks AC did not work as it should be, so again I took the vehicle to the service dept, They said that some tubing was blocked and they cleaned the whole AC tubing system and again assured me that now there will be no problem. After two weeks or so the AC was not cooling again, I took the vehicle to service department again and the service boys told me that there is some other problem and pointed with their finger to show me that this part is not working and has to be replaced and for that I had to pay the dealership another $1100.00 This time I understood that the service dept. is lying to me. I feel that my vehicles original compressor was good and working and the mechanics over there lied to me. I felt cheated. My vehicle's AC is still not working. I will never recommend this dealership to any one.

the salesman was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. to my chagrin my credit is not good enough to get the financing at this time. He had a used vehicle that I was interested in.
