My seven year old Jeep, which I bought new at Duncan's in 2011, showed "check engine," and diagnosis code showed "transmission. I knew... it was time to bail. Two Hyundai Tucsons were brought to me. Of course, I chose the one with Sirius radio. Ms. Biggs was an excellent salesperson. I never felt rushed or pressured. She really knew her stuff. Mr. Hally was great in helping us to get paperwork organized. By the time I got to (Allen?), everything was smooth sailing. I bought my first Honda Accord from Hokie Honda when they were located in Blacksburg. They later renamed to Duncan Honda and moved to Christiansburg. They... are still a great dealership to work with. The entire process of testing, buying, and even negotiating for the car was a pleasant experience. Julie, Leo and Chris were excellent, knowledgeable and professional. They made me feel like I was dealing with family and maybe after 33 years they are family.
