I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee at Tim Short

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee at Tim Short Chrysler Dodge in Middlesboro, KY and have NEVER had a better buying experience! :-) I rarely give Five Stars on a review, but the folks at Tim Short Middlesboro deserve the recognition! I am a working, single momma with no time for hassle and fuss. Kevin Melton was my sales associate, and to say he went above and beyond to help me is an understatement!! I live several hours away and had lots of questions and concerns and Kevin accommodated my every need and request. He did everything possible to make this purchase happen and made it easy! Mark Calloway assisted me in the financing department, and he was equally helpful and made the purchase easy and quick. The customer service these folks offer is unlike anything I've ever experienced in the car buying process. Tim Short in Middlesboro has my business from now on!! Thank you all for being the BEST and treating my little girl and me with such kindness!! We love our Jeep Grand Cherokee! -Cherish Charles, Rednour, Hazel Green, KY.

I talked to Dawson Day told him the truck I was wanting was at another Tim short dealership 3 hours from the house he got it to the middlesboro dealership very quickly worked with my schedule. Very helpful. I had a good experience. Loo Dawson up when your looking for a new vehicle

Great Customer Service

My husband always took his Jeep to this dealership for his oil changes ever since we moved here to TN in 2018. He just passed away and I had to bring his Jeep in for the oil change and I wasn’t too happy about having to wait so long, so I left. But after talking to the manager Joe Woody, he made things right. This place is much cheaper than Knoxville and Joe said he working on building better customer service!! So I trust his words!

Had a coil pack installed at Chrysler of Middlesboro

Had a coil pack installed at Chrysler of Middlesboro about 1 1/2 ago (only bc we didn’t have time to do ourselves) . Well we had another one go bad so we bought all new to replace. Well the one the dealer put in is not even an authentic Mopar part it’s a cheap knock off. They didn’t even grease the spark plug boot now we have been fighting with it for hours and broke one of the tops off. Sad part is if it was an authentic Mopar part they come pre-greased. Don’t have work done here!!!!!! Shady work Update: they didn’t even use the correct spark plugs they you split fires. So on one cylinder we had split fire plugs 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Amber & Mike are great!

Had such a great experience buying from here! I read the reviews first before looking at the perfect car. Received high ratings and I understand why. Super helpful, will work with you to get what you can afford, and very nice to work with. Mike was wonderful! Highly recommend! I bought a great Lexus Hybrid did the paperwork online was super easy! The delivered the vehicle to Knoxville, TYS airport ready sparkling clean full Tank of gas and done! drove it home smooth! This is most likely the best dealership I have ever dealt with and I have bought many cars over the years.Amber and Mike truly know how to treat customers online and over the phone!

In and out, pleased

We bought a used 21 Nissan Kicks and were pleased with the experience. We did a test drive at 4:30, negotiated a fair price and we’re on our way home by 6:15. Bill Dunn did an excellent job throughout the process.

Very, very happy!

Great experience and an awesome price! This is the second new vehicle that I have purchased from them in 6-7 months. The salesperson is Bill and he was great to deal with and no pressure from him our the sales manager James. Both are an asset to the Dealership.
