i recently purchased a electrical car nissan ariya from this dealership and had a great experience.my saleperson JUSTIN GREGORY was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. even when there was a delay with the registration and plate license , he fully supported me and quickly arranged a new temporary plate license . i am very satisfied with the car the prive and the overal service. thank you for making everything smooth and stress-free

I bought a 2020 Chevy Equinox from Tim Short in Lexington

I bought a 2020 Chevy Equinox from Tim Short in Lexington with full trust that I would be treated fairly. I was not. I bought the car online and was offered a test drive at the dealership prior to signing the papers but declined not being mechanically inclined an purchasing the car for my granddaughter. After the paperwork was completed I received the key fob and asked for the 2nd one only to be told there was only one. After arriving home and going to a locksmith He discovered that the door key in the fob I was given had never been cut and I would have to go to a dealer to have one made. The cost for a new fob and 2 keys was near 500.00.

I bought a 2020 Chevy Equinox from Tim Short in Lexington with full trust that I would be treated fairly. I was not. Martha Rich 9 reviews 13 minutes ago New I bought a used truck from them as did a friend the year before. They were very nice and, even though it wasn't a certified used, it seemed a safer bet than buying used from an individual....no. I took a risk, it didn't work out and I'll deal with it but there's a difference between selling a traded in truck with a developing transmission problem and one whose transmission is toast from the get go. I asked them if this truck would leave me on the side of the road and they said 'no' but that's exactly what it did a month after I bought it. My friend's truck has been in the shop twice already. Like I said, I made a decision and will deal with the consequences but I WON'T deal with this dealership again, new or used, and if you do...... get a mechanic to check out the vehicle before you buy it.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our 2021 Chevy Blazer purchase! Kevin went above and beyond to ensure we were informed before signing. We purchased the vehicle, essentially sight unseen, online. Kevin was great to work with and the entire dealership was so polite, respectful and professional. I will, without hesitation, reach out to them for our next purchase!

Do not purchase a vehicle online through this dealership.

Do not purchase a vehicle online through this dealership. We have video of the salesman confirming that there are no dents or cosmetic issues with the vehicle. We paid to have it shipped out of state. We then had additional expenses to pay that the dealership did not figure in the original price. They also were not honest with the mileage. The vehicle ended up having around 3,000 more miles on it then what was provided. We only received one key when delivered. When we inquired about it, they told us they only had one. We have bought many cars through the years, if it only has one key, they get you another one. Customer service is clearly not important or valued!!!!!

They are not professional at all.

They are not professional at all. When calling no one picks the phone up. When leave a message, no one called back. The truck has been there 3 or more times with the same problem. Worst car dealership ever!!!

Worst dealership experience ever!

Worst dealership experience ever! I am a repeat customer at Tim Short CDJR in Middlesboro and haven’t really had issues before, but this time I’ve really been put through it! I traded in a 2023 Corvette and 2021 Jeep Gladiator on a 2024 Ram 2500. The gladiator had been paid off for a year prior to trade in and the corvette was still financed. Both vehicles were sold within a week or so of being traded in. 30 days later I get a 65 point hit on my credit for 30 day past due payment (I’ve never been late on a payment) and a call from the finance company that my car has not been paid off. I inquired about the issue with the dealership and was informed that I needed the lien release for the gladiator which was never mentioned until now. I asked about the Corvette payoff and the hit on my credit to which the sales manger said there’s nothing he can do about it, I should have kept making the payments after I traded it in and it was sold. I’ve never been asked to continue making payments on a vehicle after it’s been traded in! I was informed that other customers have been asked to do the same. I did get the lien release for the gladiator mailed in and sent to the dealership but as of writing this the corvette still hasn’t been paid off and it’s over 60 days past due on payment. This trade occurred on May 11th and it is now August 1st.

The experience with this dealership was spot on. Very kind salesman (Mike Smith), and very much informed of the details of the car. He worked with me to get the price that I felt I could live with. Unfortunately, the sale didn’t happen due to a move of household goods that was needing attention and that took precedence. THANK YOU ……. for all the good that came from start to finish. Hopefully it will still be waiting on me or another great deal!!!
