Bought an awesome Jeep

Was great going business with Chad and Tommy. Never felt pressured or not being taken care. Got what I asked for and a cheaper payment then i expected when set down to sign all paperwork. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a very reliable used car without all the xxxxxxxx other try to give ya. GREAT JOB GUYS

Excellent customer service... again!

Purchased a second quality vehicle from Tommy. I highly recommend him to anyone, very personable and easy to talk with. He is professional and knows his business... answered all of my questions. Tommy got everything taken care of as discussed when time was short for me due to work. He is a family man who believes in the community, not just the numbers and rolling vehicles off the lot. I would buy from Tommy at Holiday again, anytime.

Great buy

Drove from southeast Ohio to look at a corvette. It was everything that was advertised and more. Staff was excellent. The buying prices was easy. Highly recommended!!

No Title

So, here’s my experience with Holiday Motors and Tommy. We went to buy a 2015 Dodge Challenger on 4/9/18. We agreed on a price $23,500 + $300 (document fee). The car had a bad wheel sensor which he disclosed to us. We drove from South Carolina to buy the car. We had our own financing. Tommy gave us temporary tags which expires 5/9/18 so we can drive it home. Tommy gave us until 4/12/18 to have the total amount paid to the dealership plus $50 per day for days after the 12th. So, here’s where everything got annoying. The very next morning he started calling asking about his money. We said we are submitting the paperwork to the bank right now. We were already pre-approved but needed final paperwork from the vehicle that we bought. He kept on calling throughout the day. I gave him my bank info and the loan officer name to assure him we are working on it. Then he started calling the bank throughout the day. The loan officer said to me that she didn’t like to talk to the dealership about my personal information. We told tommy that. Yet he continued to call the bank and us throughout the day for 3 full days. On the 12th we overnighted a check for the total amount due. We were glad not to hear from him anymore. Now it’s 5/9/18. One month later. My bank has not received a title from Holiday Motors. We called tommy, he said the previous lien holder hasn’t released the title yet. WHAT???? You sold us a car without possession of the title? Even if you don’t have the title and a lien holder had it, shouldn’t you use the check I paid you to pay off the balance of the loan if you had a loan on the car? Why didn’t you handle your business appropriately? It’s one month later and NO TITLE produced. xxx!!! I now am unable register my car. My bank doesn’t have a title. And the only thing Tommy can offer me is another 30-day tag. All and all, they will pressure you about getting their money but won’t handle their part of the business. I will keep everyone updated though this terrible buying process.

In VA we are not required to have a title before we sell the vehicle. This vehicle was traded here on 3/24/18 and payoff was sent to the lienholder 4/2/18. Title never showed up from them and so we have arranged for a replacement title with the VA DMV. Very much appreciated the effort and time put forward by Tommy to work around my limited availability due to a hectic work schedule. Tommy was also very personable throughout the buying process. He kept in contact and the vehicle was prepared for a quick turn around and pick up. Tommy made all the difference for me.

Been looking for a 2010 Jaguar XF for about 8 months now. I have been looking all over the Internet and in the regional dealerships with no success. Holiday had exactly the car I was looking for and more. The price was so good compared to what I had been studying I was a little nervous at first. Thomas and Chad at Holiday assured me the car was in great condition and knowing they had been in business for decades made me feel good about buying a car 4.5 hours away. Would have been very difficult for me to take my time to drive all the way to Portsmouth 4.5 hours away so Chad agreed to meet me halfway to show me the vehicle. I saw the customer service right away not to mention he pulled up in a covered enclosed trailer with my Jaguar inside protected and did not put any excess miles on the car. We couldn't be any happier with how easy it was. I even accidentally left my garage door opener and sunglasses which they found and returned. Holiday is the real deal and has excellent cars. I've already had two of my buddies ask me where I got the car so they could call up there to find out what else was in the inventory. I highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent from start to finish

I have bought a 1999 Corvette and the car is immaculate. It is my first car buying experience and Tommy and Chad really made it a great one. They were able to tweak prices to help me meet my range and they really wanted nothing but the best for me. Awesome group of guys with great personalities.

Best car buying experience I've ever had!

I have bought a few cars in my day, and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I received what can only be described as the deal of a lifetime on the exact car I was looking for. Once I selected the car, I was driving it away 45 minutes later. The selection Holiday Motors provides is amazing! The cars are in immaculate condition. I purchased a 2006 Toyota Sienna, and it looks like I bought a 2015. It was that spotless. You can tell they have great attention to detail and genuinely care for the cars they are selling. Tommy helped move everything along quite well. I will be encouraging everyone I know to make Holiday Motors their first stop when purchasing a car. It was truly a wonderful car buying experience.
