    After visiting Jeep/Chrysler, Ford, Chevy and GMC, Subaru was our last stop. Sales guy Remi said i get no commission, in here to help find the best car you can afford. I've never experienced such a perfect experience start to finish. Our credit is bad and our rate was 6.2%. 3 days after buying and driving the outback home the finance person called me and said he got us down to 4.1%. I thought what person or dealer does this after the customer already is locked in? This is just one of the many amazing experiences we were fortunate to have. Honestly i am a skeptical and a dealer is the last person/organization I trust. The other dealers, everyone of them fulfilled those views, but somehow Subaru has a unique business ethic that makes even a disbeliever like myself consider and learn to appreciate their efforts and business structure. Where i thought i won't get ripped off with fake sales and inflated pricing we sit down and look at the blue book for pricing. How can you argue that? Never seen that method by any dealer and i purchased a new vehicle because i couldn't claim to be mislead. It's the kelly blue book! From our sales person Remi to the manager Buddy to our finance guy Lorenszo to the woman in the front office who first greeted us whe we walked in, i have never encountered such a friendly and sincere group of people. Those individuals are what made the experience and therefore the organization as we dealt with. We fet no pressure ever and for me that was a first. Especially after walking into 5 dealers right before that. My guards were up and this group took off my armor and made me feel like i was at home. I ended up buying a car at the top of my budget, which for a guy not all that normal. Why? Because i realized so wasn't being taken advantage of and ended up wanting the best form my family. Safest car on the road. Add on packages that cover my car bumper to bumper at such a n affordable cost there is no way i wouldn't buy it to have 4 years of trouble free enjoyment. If you think i'm bluffing read what they offer. It's unreal. To Have a car that also holds its value better than any other is also what played into my decision. Go to Tahoe and the Subaru is everywhere. No question it's for a reason. Snow, ice, hills, rivers... The dealer isn't paying me to make this review. I was just so blown away with my experience i felt it my responsibility to help others realize that such a business is out there for such a difficult and significant lifetime purchase. I am an avg low-med income earning person who rents a room in my house to afford my mortgage. If I could do this I am sure others out there can to. If your going to make this big commitment, research, visit dealers, but make sure you make this your last stop and you will understand what i experienced. We left the dealer at 1am even though we finished our transactions at 12 because we sat around talking and enjoying each other's company. Again this was unreal in itself. Real people that care. I went back the next day to pick up our car and the manager came out to greet me and spent some time talking. Not worried about making money or wasting time with a customer that was already processed through the system, he just wanted to say hello and make sure we were happy. You can't buy customer service like that. I could go on with many other examples, but i've used up my character limit or i would continue. Give this dealer a shot and you will be amazed.
