I lost the keys and fob for my Hyundai. I live more than 2 hours away from a dealer--this dealer, the one where I bought my car new in '11. My friend... needed to be in Cape Girardeau because her mother was receiving a chemo infusion, and agreed to pick up my new keys, saving me a lengthy trip during my busy season at work. I called the dealership several times to try to make a short transaction for my stressed friend. I offered to fax my title and driver license ahead of time, so they could get the keys ready. I offered to give them my credit card info so it would be paid ahead of time. I understood my friends would need my title and license to pick up the new key, but I was trying to expedite things due to medical complications inherent with chemo. I met a wall there.. no offer or understanding of a unique situation. When my friend arrived to pick up the key he was sent to the Kia dealer to get it cut. With my credit card info (if they'd been willing to extend themselves) my friend's time away from his mother could've been minimized... but the service just wasn't there for us. Buying my car was easy... this service situation was not.
Everyone has been very nice and helpful! They gave us a great deal on our trade in and also a very good deal on our brand new car! On top of all of that... they gave us an extra $500 off for my husband being a veteran! Would highly recommend car shopping here! Ask for Mike!

My experience at Hyundai of Cape Girardeau was wonderful. Every one from the salesman, Alan Apsley, to the finance person were friendly yet professional.... Absolutely no pressure. I new what I wanted when I got there becz I had called the dealership earlier in the week and we discussed the SUV I had chosen at length, I made sure I was preapproved before drove the 2 hr from St Louis to Cape. When I got there, they offered me refreshments and made sure I was comfortable. They even got a better interest rate for me than the one I was preapproved for. I couldn't be any happier, I also received a Lifetime Warranty on my the pre- owned SUV I purchased
