My 2021 challenger buying experience

I bought a 2021 dodge challenger scat pack. Isaac and I emailed back-and-forth. Came up with a deal and so when I went down there the price was the same as he quoted me on the Internet and I met a few nice people down there it was a great experience.

Richard went above and beyond his job to get me into the car I wanted ! There was no pressure when it came down to me wanting the car or not he told me if I wanted it he will get me into it and he did exactly what he said! I will only be getting cars from this dealership!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

After my durango being in the dealer for 2 weeks, I pick it up today....spent $500 for them to replace a battery. My car still blows hot air out of the A/C and now I have a shattered passenger side window. YES... my window is shattered, when I confronted the manager she showed me pics saying it came in like that. Yet my tow slip shows zero damage for the window. I asked to see time stamps for the pictures, which she said she had. I asked to see them again however then the pics were not stamped (SHOCKER) but the order inspection date said August 20, 2019. So she claimed it came in that way. Okay but it came in on August 17,2019 so 4 days later it was inspected and had this broken window. So then she claims...well regardless we aren't liable for any damages that happen in our care 🤦‍♀️ THIS IS A xxxxING JOKE. By far the WORST experience I've ever had with a Dodge dealer, not to mention all the issues prior, like them not answering calls, not informing me the day my durango arrived or telling me it was checked in, taking 1.5 weeks to diagnose it and then charging $500 to replace a battery. Then I get my car back, cool it turns on now but my A/C is still broken and now I have a shattered window. Mind you all this on a xxxxing 4 year old car with only 40,000 miles on it. I'M LITERALLY AT A LOSS OF WORDS FOR THIS DEALERSHIP AND THIS COMPANY

Antonio (Tony) was great at trying to find the right car for us, price it within our means and assist us with any concerns. Overall customer service with Tony was great! No complaints. For the facility itself, the dealership, the car was displayed to us extremely dirty with food crumbs on the floor and seats. This was driven by the owner. The vehicles was promised to be detailed for next day pickup, yet looked to have not been washed thoroughly and minimally detailed since there were still crumbs and dust throughout the car! Not to mention, the back of the passenger and driver seats have scratches in them that require complete replacements. We are now awaiting arrival of these parts. For a new car, we expected the dealership to carry more pride in their vehicles and customer appreciation.
