I had an extremely great experience buying a new vehicle

I had an extremely great experience buying a new vehicle from Razzari Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Issac was knowledgeable, patient, helpful and was not pushy as all. Harvey the manager was great to work with and together both Isaac Huskinson and Harvey Mosley helped us throughout our process and answered all our questions accurately. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had

Isaac Huskinson was the best salesman I have dealt with

Isaac Huskinson was the best salesman I have dealt with in my car buying experiences. From visiting several dealers prior, I am so glad I was helped by Isaac. He was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and was super helpful in picking a vehicle that suits us. He was not pushy or rushed and made our experience awesome

My elderly parents bought a new Jeep Compass (less than

My elderly parents bought a new Jeep Compass (less than 50 miles on it) the first weekend in January. Looking back, the first red flag should have been how dirty the car was. When you buy a new car, it should be totally clean. The salesman said they could bring it in on a weekday to be completely detailed. They drove it home and the next day it was dead. They struggled to get it towed back to the dealership. After a week, they were told it was ready to be picked up. When we arrived, all four side windows and the piano black panels between the windows were scratched to xxxx, like someone had buffed them with a wire wheel. The manager said all parts would be ordered on Monday and it would take about 2 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks! Only two windows were ordered. They are saying they can’t get the panels AND the car will not start again! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! They need to buy this car back and stop jerking my parents around. I am furious. UPDATE: 2 full months and still nothing. They still have my parent’s car, which they are paying for. It has not been fixed and NO ONE has communicated with them. DO NOT GO HERE!

I WORK WITH MANY INSURANCE COMPANIES THAT REQUIRE 10% OFF DEALER LIST PRICE. THAT GIVES ME NO MARK UP. I HAVE NO INCENTIVE TO BUY FROM HERE IF I HAVE TO DRIVE 30 MILES TO PICK UP PARTS AT NO PROFIT ON THE PART.

My new Jeep is Awsome!

Fernando did a great job showing us the different models and features. Larry was upfront and spot on with all my questions. Document singing was a breeze - no pressure.

Great experience!

Great experience! Worked with Isaac on the sale, friendly, no hassle, easy to work with. Entire team at Razzari Dodge in Merced was very professional and willing to answer all my questions. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a truck, very knowledgeable.
