I have called for several days about my car only to be placed in a loop and it keeps going back to the beginning! I have been told that I’m being transferred only to be sent back to the operator as no one answers the phone, frustrating! I asked to speak to anyone in service , cashiers office, supervisor only to be given the same instructions from the automated voice on the phone! This is the worst dealer I’ve dealt with! This is the worst and I mean worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with!

Poor service
My entire experience is xxxx poor if I could give a point for a rating I would. The day of my appointment was Monday of one week and didn't get it ready for pickup 8 days later for diagnosis for A check engine light! The dealership should be familiar and have the tools to find a problem. It took three days to do just that. The communication and follow up, was poor I constantly had to call, leave messages even have to call the manager to get a update on when I get back my vehicle. I will never go back to them and you shouldn't either

I went in to get my car serviced on Saturday 9/10 and I just want to say that DeDe who works at service desk is just an amazing and wonderful person she is very patient, helpful, knowledgeable & honest and she comes and check on you as well

Bad Service of a safety Recall
Made an appointment for Toe link Recall, as letter received urged us to for Our 2016 Ford Explorer, Took the car this Morning , dropped it off, on the way home in our other vehicle, we received a call to pick up the car, that an inspection wasn't needed, turned around showed the letter and the service person insisted an inspection wasn't needed, called Ford and they said the car needs to be inspected, They put us in contact with another dealer for an appointment it is not the first time we have issues with Haley. But when they put our safety in the line they crossed the line, done with them, they lost a Customer...... Bad Irresponsible Service Department. ONE star because I had too they deserve none!

BEST SALESMAN EVER!!
I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Focus. When we pulled up in the lot we were greeted by Shawn. We were looking for a SUV. He was very helpful in letting us know what was in their inventory. He told us to take our time and he would answer any questions we had. We looked for awhile and then went inside. While sitting inside, my husband noticed the Focus. The color caught my eye. We test drove it and needless to say, we came home with it.Shawn was very courteous. He answered all my questions. He wasn't pushy at all. This was my best car buying experience. If looking for a car, stop by Haley and ask for Shawn Adkins. You won't be disappointed.

Blown Away!
I'd been shopping a new vehicle for a few weeks before I stopped by Haley Ford. I expected the same run of the mill salesman telling me their product is the best, etc. I did not get that at all with George Fajna. After greeting me, he made me feel comfortable by the way he presented himself. He wasn't pushy at all, which I expected. He joked around and made the entire process so enjoyable. I had such a good time that after I finished the paperwork, I wanted to go on another test drive just so he could make me laugh some more. He was very knowledgeable and professional, while not having a serious, stubborn attitude. I didn't know that buying a car could be so much fun! Will definitely do business with him in the future.

Best Experience Ever

Donta took the time to find out what I was actually looking for before we came to the conclusion that the Fusion was the perfect car. Long story short, he was able to get the price and payment exactly where I needed it to be. Now im the proud owner of a 2015 Ford Fusion.
