Lynchburg Mazda

This is my 2nd time buying a SUV from Lynchburg Nissan and both times were great. This time, everyone from Aaron Richardson to Bill Hunter in Sales to Charles Beck in Finance went above and beyond to make this purchase smooth and easy. Other dealerships have sales people who are like vultures who swoop in on you right away and will not leave you alone, but not Lynchburg Nissan. when we were ready for help, we got it and that is very important. I love my Pathfinder and will not hesitate to go back to Lynchburg Nissan in the future.

Well, I had come in and gotten a car there before, Tim Acoff, greeted me and talked with myself and little family as if we were neighbors. Right away we felt welcomed, and was never rushed. I came in without a car left with a 2010 Altima. Needless to say my wife was involved in an accident with no injuries to her or other parties. So I decided to come in and talk with Tim, about what was going on. He was with another customer, so I waited for him which didn't take long and he came straight to me, and he then pointed over to the team behind the seen, the finance team! Anyway they all assisted me with alot of things, and before I knew it we were looking at a 2018 Altima, and took it for a ride and was in love with all the new features and improved old ones. Tim Acoff, and the entire staff made us feel we were in good hands and cared for, after already feeling alone before we came in. Once we had left we felt that wasn't true, because everything was explained to us from financial to operating the vehicle. Came in feeling all hope was gone, drove away in the 2018 Altima, feeling restored, and valued!!!! Thanks alot Tim Accoff, and the Nissan, team you guys are great!!! I can definitely tell you guys genuinely care for your coustomer!!!

I initially went in to purchase a car from a salesperson I knew well. He was unavailable, so I was greeted by Colton Stallings. He patiently followed me as I zig-zagged through the lot searching for the EXACT car I viewed online earlier. He supported and guided me through my decision making process effortlessly. The financial director was very informative and kind as well. I never felt pressured to purchase anything beyond my comfort level. He obtained the perfect payment plan and coverage that I needed for my 2018 Nissan Rogue S. I offer heartfelt thanks to all who participated in my purchase. You guys rock!

I worked with Nick Barton and he was very friendly and helpful in working with us to get the car I wanted to purchase. The paperwork was quick and efficient and the finance manager explained everything to us fully and clearly. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience there and would recommend Lynchburg Nissan to anyone looking to buy a car either new or used.

This dealership seems to have questionable vehicle pricing so beware. Was looking at a used truck which was priced at one point and called in to check the pricing on it and was told a price that was about 2k more than what was listed. To their credit they did offer to honor the price I saw on cars.com but I also believe this dealership severely over prices vehicles in a high profit sales model. Do your research on the vehicles they offer, the particular vehicle I was looking at was being sold a few months prior for thousands less in another state. According to the Carfax it was obtained by them through auction from that state as well and I would assume they clearly got it for even less and are gouging the price. Be diligent, do your research don’t get ripped off.

I was looking for a car for my son who goes to school in Lynchburg. Only had a couple of days to look. My first stop was Lynchburg Nissan and it was the only stop we needed. Left with a great deal all to the help of Sheldon and Matt. I highly recommended this dealership. Wish I lived closer because I would do business with them again and again.

Had been looking at vehicles for a while and I knew I wanted a Chevy Cruze. My cousin Jon Ford works for the dealership so I hit him up and he made it happen and I got my Cruze. Definitely recommend Auto-Mattox!!
