Let me first explain how it came to be that I needed a new vehicle. So, my 2012 Ford Expedtion stopped working in November of last year when I was on my way with the family to Connecticut to see our son play his senior Football game as a graduate student. My husband was not going to be able to attend due to a work conflict. He was scheduled to fly out at 4am in the morning, but he came 4 hours to rescue us, help us rent another SUV, and then we were on our way. We made it to my son’s game just in time to surprise him and be able for us all to walk out on the field. So Satan did not get the victory. Yes, I was without my SUV, but because the SUV didn’t have me and I still gave my Father God/Yahweh praise and worship ANYHOW, and served HIM and my Lord and Savior, Yeshua-Jesus, ANYHOW ABOVE ALL ELSE, the Holy Ghost spoke to me and said get ready for you’re going to be blessed with a 2020 Ford Expedition Max, and I know it had to be God Almighty/Yahweh speaking, because as a biological mother of 6 boys, 3 girls by 1 man of God/husband I have not had a new or newer vehicle since 1988. But I have been instrumental in making sure my daughters and sons had decent vehicles to drive. As a result of my FAITHFULNESS to Our Father God/Yahweh as His anointed and appointed Apostle and my faithfulness to my family and the ministry that Father God/Yahweh has chosen me to serve HE HAS DECIDED TO BLESS ME WITH HIS FAVOR AND HAS SUPERNATURALLY POSTIONED ME TO DRIVE OFF THE LYNCHBURG MAZDA CAR LOT IN LYNCHBURG WITH THE 2020 FORD EXPEDITION MAX. I HAD DREAMED AND HOPED FOR THIS VEHICLE WHILE KEEPING MY FAITH IN HIM THAT HE WOULD DO IT FOR ME, and when I was willing to just purchase a 2006 6 passenger Ford pickup truck last weekend for now and continue to WAIT ON GOD FOR MY MIRACLE. But my Father God/Yahweh didn’t let that happen. So with the AWESOME HELP AND SERVICE WHICH WE ARE SO GRATEFUL FOR from the man of God/Yahweh serving with a spirit of excellence I may add, TIM ACOFF and his AWESOME finance man, LUIS, (SO VERY GRATEFUL FOR LUIS AS WELL) and the whole LYNCHBURG MAZDA team with Our Father God/Yahweh’s provisions MADE MY DREAM COME TRUE. I WENT THERE VERY EXCITED AND LEFT THERE EVEN MORE EXCITED IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE, ESPECIALLY ABOUT THE 1 MILLION MILE WARRANTY FOR AS LONG AS I OWN THE VEHICLE!!! My husband and I had been searching for months and THERE IS NO ONE OUT THERE THAT WILL BACK THEIR VEHICLES LIKE THAT!!! I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR THE HOLY GHOST-HOLY SPIRIT DIRECTING FIRST MY HUSBAND TO TIM ACOFF AND THEN MY FOOTSTEPS WERE ORDERED BY THE LORD GOD/YAHWEH TO FOLLOW HIM. BECAUSE I BELIEVED A PROPHET SO SHALL I RECEIVE A PROPHET’S REWARD AND THAT’S IN THE WORD OF GOD. MY HUSBAND AND CHILDREN ALL SAY I DESERVE IT AND SUPPORT MY DECISION TO PURCHASE MY DREAM, AND THE HOLY GHOST HAD CONFIRMED IT ALL TO ME IN ADVANCE. I AM SO BLESSED AND GRATEFUL FOR THE RELATIONSHIP THAT I HAVE FIRST WITH MY FATHER GOD/ YAHWEH, MY MESSIAH-LORD&SAVIOR&KING OF KINGS, AND HIS HOLY GHOST-HOLY SPIRIT WHICH MEANS EVERYTHING TO ME. I AM TRULY BLESSED AND THANKFUL FOR MY HUSBAND AND CHILDREN AND FATHER GOD/YAHWEH’S ANOINTING ON ALL OF OUR LIVES AND HIS LOVE FOR US AND THEIR LOVE FOR ME AS WELL AS THE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE I HAVE FOR THEM. I AM ALSO SO BLESSED TO BE A PART OF THE MAZDA LYNCHBURG FAMILY!!! TO FATHER GOD/YAHWEH/ YESHUA-JESUS/HOLY GHOST-HOLY SPIRIT BELONGS ALL THE GLORY, ALL THE HONOR, AND ALL THE PRAISE!!! I purchase a vehicle for myself every fifteen years, so the car becomes a member of the family. My experience at the Lynchburg Nisaan dealership was superb and flawless. Everyone was professional, but their ability to help me from the time I called in to the moment I bought the vehicle was stress-free and extremely pleasant. I am an older client, so they had to be very patient and instructive in explaining the SUV's many upgrades. You won't find a better group of people who strive to be honest, informative, and helpful. Aside from coming home with a fantastic purchase, my own mechanic said he purchased his vehicle from them and still had it years later. And the best words he gave me was "you won't find a better vehicle for the money".

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever with a sales manager called Patrick. Please find Colton if anyone wants to make a purchase without pain. I am looking for stores to make a purchase for a new CX-5. While I made an online inquiry on Truecar, Colton called me but he can't compete with the other quotes I have on hand. He did send me a message and told me to feel free to reach him out anytime if I have any questions. I figured out the lower quotes I have on hand tend to ask for higher monthly payments, so I called Colton back, unfortunately, he is off. After I talked with a sales person over the phone, a manager called Patrick called me back. He tended to be aggressive on the phone call. Especially, when I asked the lease terms, he refused to give me lease terms unless I GIVE HIM MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. [He said it's their policy, they only can provide me the numbers after pulling my credit scores. Can't believe it's something happening in Lynchburg.] After I asked him to whether I can talk with another sales manager, he became very aggressive: he told me he was the only sales manager there, no matter I called there tomorrow, next day, next day, next day, he would be the only one. Eventually, (I was literally shaking at the other end of the phone), I asked him if I could talk to another salesperson, he refused. He told me they would give me the exactly same information. While I insisted to talk with another person, he started to not listen to me at all. He said thank you and hung up. I tried to call the Lynchburg Mazda back [trying to talk with someone to report my experience], I found out my number was blocked. I think my experience might not represent the average customer experiences, but it does show the business styles of Patrick. My only hope at here is he won't call me back with any curse words because of this review.
