Service of my Silverado 3500HD

Dave the service manager is great, the service team members are awesome. They always go the extra mile, had a flat tire the night before my appointment on my Silverado 1500, dropped it off, hoping they may be able to get to it. They had it done by 09:30, like I said they are great.

Have been dealing with Ken Houtz for years and have purchased many vehicles from them and have always received excellent service from this dealership. Good salesman and mechanics. One of the service writers is as rude as can be and will never deal with her again. Service used to be the best around. Definitely failing in the customer service department

I bought a truck from here over a year ago and have had

I bought a truck from here over a year ago and have had nothing but problems since. When we went to pick it up, it had not been cleaned or detailed AT ALL and they did not have it ready for us, so we had to wait almost 2 hours after driving 6 hours to pick it up. They SPRAY painted over the original paint on the bed to make it look newer and in better shape than it was, so now the spray paint has been peeling off everywhere. The toolbox on the truck doesn't work- like it doesn't open and close or lock. Also, they only gave me one key and insisted that there was no additional key or a key fob... for a 2019!!! After talking to my local dealership, they were supposed to include a second key and key fob with my purchase. I am absolutely disgusted, and would never buy anything from them again.

Service managers will side step warranty at every corner.

Service managers will side step warranty at every corner. Other repair shop highly suggested the shocks and struts that are under warranty and must be replaced. Wasted money on the warranty and still stuck paying with repairs the warranty should have covered. Service manager lied and told me that the rental that was under warranty to be provided while my car was in the shop would not be provided because Enterprise had none available. Called Enterprise and there were plenty available. So much so that they asked if I’d like a Sedan, SUV, or a Minivan.
