I drive from Tracy because the staff treat everyone as they should ?A customer? They have the internal dialed for a great experience. Service flows great There are a few things externally that need to be updated Paint job and station for people to do work with WiFi with a fresh feel would give them the edge

Oil change

I had ask for tire rotation and they didn't rotate the tires but accordingto the repor they did it, this is the second time they do this.

Transmission replacement

The dealership was great!! It took GM a month and a half to get a transmission!! That?s just not acceptable, knowing they have an issue with their 8 speed transmission. They should have them ready to ship if they want to keep Customers buying their product.

Great Experience, Expert Sales

I ordered a GMC 2500HD in March 2021. GM kept postponing the build due to supply chain issues and it took almost a year to get the vehicle. The Sales Manager (Jesse) kept me updated each month with detailed information. I never had to bug him, but he always knew the status of my order. He always let me know what alternatives I had that could get it sooner, but NEVER pressured me to do anything except what I wanted. Every part of the process that the dealer had control over went smooth. Other dealerships I tried to work with for this purchase were a hassle from the start. I?m very happy I went to Bonander. I highly recommend them.
