I have been a Mooer's Volvo of Midlothian VA (now Haley Volvo)customer for over 15 years. The only reason I continue to patronize this dealership... is the excellent maintenance and service and repairs provided there. Mark and Mike at the service desk are always fully informative in answering my questions and providing options to keep my (currently 2) Volvos performing at their best and to retain their superior safety features. Beyond that, they also advise me on how to most prudently invest in needed repairs. I am fully comfortable sending my wife and daughters to address auto maintenance with them. I am certain they will be treated with integrity and respect, just as I am. As I consider replacing my aging cars, the service and repair support Mark and Mike provide will be the major factor in continuing to purchase my cars at this dealership. My most recent visit was a continuation of the ongoing consistent, consultation, advice and support that has now become a expectation of each visit. As I have said on previous surveys, the only idea I have for improving what Mark and Mike are already doing for me might be to pick the car up from me, perform the needed service and then return it to me.
Customer service was excellent. The wait I think was a little too long for my oil change but all in all I would come again. Keep up the good job!

Purchased a pre-owned vehicle last week. Felt I got a good deal on my car. As I am in the Atlanta area, i was trying to figure out the logistics of the... transaction, when they offered to meet me halfway and take care of business. That worked out great for me. It was a very pleasant experience.
