Fed Up Customer
My husband purchased a beautiful 2018 S90 from Volvo Cars Midlothian December 26, 2020. Per the records on this vehicle that they provided....no issues. My husband's car has had to go back to them EVERY time since he purchased it.... I've lost count. They have our car now as we speak. We have been so inconvenienced that they now come pick it and drop off a loaner, that they fail to clean each time; especially with covid-19 going on. Speaking of loaners a few weeks ago because I don't think it has been a good month yet...they pick up our car bringing us a loaner...SUV 2021 xc60 I believe...to contact my husband a day or 2 later saying they have to come pick it up because it has been SOLD! Check this out they come picking up our vehicle yesterday April 26th bringing us back the same 2021 SUV that was supposedly Sold. This company is the LEMON I would not recommend these people to anybody. To add to the frustration, they have no respect of our vehicle because when we have gotten our vehicle back someone's shoe print is on the inside door of our car. Our experience have been so bad to the point we have thought about contacting the news. We are so fed up!

Great service
They are so nice when booking Services. I had a check engine light and the attendant advised me I was still under warranty and worse case how much the diagnostic cost would be if not covered. My car was finished quickly and repaired plus cleaned. Everyone in the building during pick up was super nice. I will continue to go to this location to have my vehicle serviced.

Unauthorized add ons during service
Dealership added additional items not called for in Volvo 60,000 mile service including: a. Engine oil additives (not recommended by Volvo) b. Fuel system treatment (not part of Volvo schedule) c. Cabin air filter freshener additive. Overall this increased the service cost by $65. I consider these add ons to be dishonest and therefore I will not be returning the car for service at this Volvo dealer ever again.

State Inspection
Took my car in for state inspection. Service was quick. The great thing is the dealership washed my car and it looked better than when I brought it in. Mike and Mark are the greatest!

Consistently Excellent Service
Mike always does an excellent job to take care of our needs. The team did a thorough exam of my vehicle, and battery voltage turned out to be the culprit of mysterious sensor readings that disappeared after I charged the battery (driving to the dealership). Mike walked me through service options and made relevant recommendations. He called promptly when service was complete. The experience was easy, as always. Highly recommend the Volvo of Midlothian Service Team!

Recently had the battery of my S90 that powered the car's computer systems and perhaps other car technology fail. Though disappointing, Mark as the service manager in this situation made things as painless as possible for me. This is because the "reboot" time following the new battery installation takes several hours and Mark was able to place me in a loaner on short notice. Volvo covered this part and service even though other car manufacturers don't after 12-24 months.
