Service manager doesn't return calls, took a month to get

Service manager doesn't return calls, took a month to get some recall work done on my vehicle. Vehicle has been returned dirty on occasion, basically high prices for low quality work.

I had a very good experience with JB as my salesman.

I had a very good experience with JB as my salesman. He took time to listen to what my needs were. He encouraged me to drive the cars I had researched and suggested cars that I had not considered, but that might fit my needs. In the end, I chose a CX5 which I had not originally looked at.

Overall, we had an A++ experience purchasing a new Mazda

Overall, we had an A++ experience purchasing a new Mazda 3 from Whitten Brothers. We engaged multiple dealers in our search for the vehicle. We ended up choosing Whitten over much closer dealers secondary to better pricing but, more importantly, timely communication and follow-up. Our salesman, Jeffery (JB), was top-notch and is highly recommended.

Overall, we had an A++ experience purchasing a new Mazda 3 from Whitten Brothers. We engaged multiple dealers in our search for the vehicle. Purchase: 2025 Mazda3 2.

Purchase: 2025 Mazda3 2.5 S Carbon Edition SDN AWD with a Polymetal Gray Metallic exterior with a red leather interior. We could not ask for a better experience at Whitten Bros. Mazda. From the Production Specialist Joseph Sparkman to the Sales Manager Ryan Phillips to the Finance Manager Matt Parrish, our experience buying a 2025 Mazda3 was worth the time and money spent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, making my daughter and I confident in buying her first new ride and joining the Mazda family. I have always bought Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, and Nissan vehicles. I never even bought a Mazda until we stopped by Whitten Bros. Mazda by chance. After talking to the Sales team, I realized it was an easy decision. The vehicle ratings for performance, safety, and liability were outstanding. The staff explained the facts about the vehicle, and the price was better than the competition. My daughter is thrilled with the Mazda3, and I have peace of mind that she is in a safe and reliable vehicle. Thank you, Joseph, Ryan, and Matt, for working with my daughter and me on her first new vehicle purchase.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Whitten Brothers Mazda. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Unlike other dealerships, Whitten Brothers Mazda was completely transparent with their pricing right from the start. There were no hidden fees or surprises, just straightforward and honest communication. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I couldn't be happier with my new Mazda. Highly recommend Whitten Brothers Mazda for anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience! I also since buying a car have had my first service appointment getting an oil change and it went great!!

The price advertised on the internet was acceptable,

The price advertised on the internet was acceptable, however when I expressed interest in a car the actual cost suddenly changed. Because I wanted to pay cash, they added $1,000, a Security Code - $400, Also, Whitten Brothers added nearly another $800 for “Proc/Doc Fee” Very deceptive.

I worked with many sellers during my used car search and

I worked with many sellers during my used car search and ended up buying from Harold Toast for good reason. He was exceptionally professional, informed, and responsive to my question and needs (and not pushy at all). The Whitten Brothers Dealership as a whole seems to be a quality outfit. I will work with Harold again in the future for my car needs!
