Service manager doesn't return calls, took a month to get
Service manager doesn't return calls, took a month to get some recall work done on my vehicle. Vehicle has been returned dirty on occasion, basically high prices for low quality work.

I had a very good experience with JB as my salesman.
I had a very good experience with JB as my salesman. He took time to listen to what my needs were. He encouraged me to drive the cars I had researched and suggested cars that I had not considered, but that might fit my needs. In the end, I chose a CX5 which I had not originally looked at.

Overall, we had an A++ experience purchasing a new Mazda 3 from Whitten Brothers. We engaged multiple dealers in our search for the vehicle. We ended up choosing Whitten over much closer dealers secondary to better pricing but, more importantly, timely communication and follow-up. Our salesman, Jeffery (JB), was top-notch and is highly recommended.

Purchase: 2025 Mazda3 2.5 S Carbon Edition SDN AWD with a Polymetal Gray Metallic exterior with a red leather interior. We could not ask for a better experience at Whitten Bros. Mazda. From the Production Specialist Joseph Sparkman to the Sales Manager Ryan Phillips to the Finance Manager Matt Parrish, our experience buying a 2025 Mazda3 was worth the time and money spent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, making my daughter and I confident in buying her first new ride and joining the Mazda family. I have always bought Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, and Nissan vehicles. I never even bought a Mazda until we stopped by Whitten Bros. Mazda by chance. After talking to the Sales team, I realized it was an easy decision. The vehicle ratings for performance, safety, and liability were outstanding. The staff explained the facts about the vehicle, and the price was better than the competition.
