Would not recommend

I took my truck in for a recall repair and oil change. After getting the truck home, I noticed oli leaking on my driveway. I contacted them and they said someone would call back that day. After not receiving a call, I called the next day and was again told that someone would call within an hour. After no one called again, I had my husband call the next day. They finally came to fix the leak which was actually just a sloopy job from previous mechanic that didn't clean up drained oil and left his oil soaked rag in the pan beneath the oil filter. The next day, I noticed a loud rattling noise when closing the driver door. The rattling continued when driving. Not wanting to deal with the dealership again, I crawled under my car and tightened the bolt myself. I will never use this dealership again and would not recommend to anyone.

I had a powersteering hose replaced.

I had a powersteering hose replaced. 1402 miles later I lost my powersteering. I discovered that the new hose was against the exhaust pipe and had burned through. I am very lucky my car didn't catch on fire. Sheehy did replace the hose and paid for the towing. What they didn't do is apologize for the problem and they didn't clean the underside of my car which I specifically told the service writer I expected them to do. It also took 3 days of driving for the smell of burned oil to go away. I am very disappointed in the initial work that was done and even more disappointed in the follow up service. What I would have done is apologize for the initial problem, clean the car inside and out and ask if there is anything that I could do. Really Sheehy, is that too much to ask?

Great Service Department

Incredible service department thank you Travis and Jason for taking care of both my vehicles. Travis is a great service advisor and listened and took care of all my service needs.
