Exceptional service throughout the process of finding the car on-line, evaluating my trade, and finalizing the purchase at the dealership. It was an out of state purchase so impart I relied on Justin’s description of the car. It turns out he undersold the car. A 2020 Mustang GT that looked and drove like a brand new car. A great price! This is a top notch dealership with excellent cars and a forthright staff who treat you honestly and with respect. Shop here with confidence!

Service dept passes you from one service tech to another because they don't want to deal with you and tell you they can't find anything wrong...I sent pictures of messages I received on dashboard of vehicle and they still said they found nothing..(wrench light kept coming on and stated loss of power get checked out) repeatedly stated they didn't see the message.. funny you could drive it not even 10 min and message would display...no one would ever call you back or answer an email sent to them..still trying to contact someone in finance dept to get a prorated refund of charge on bill of sale for maintenence charge added in amount financed as vehicle has been paid off and traded and was told I should get part of that charge refunded to me since vehicle has been paid off 3.5 years early of a 5 year loan..buyer beware

On 08/1/2022 I purchased a used 2019 Ford Flex from Sheehy Ford on Midlothian in Richmond VA. Upon inspection of the vehicle I noted that there was damage to the interior and exterior. There was damage and vulgar language carved into the GPS/Radio screen (Fu*k you evan) as well as the passenger dashboard “CHEATER”, the rear drives side cargo window did not match the car as it had been busted out by previous owners during a crime of passion / domestic volience event prior to my ownership. There were also other items listed on the We OWE form signed by the dealership. Sheehy ford assured me that the damages would be fixed and in fact majority of the items were on back order due to the pandemic. After several months of follow up on 11.11.2022 The vehicle went in for a week to have repairs to be done. Upon dropping the vehicle off I had explained prior to several people , I have two mentally and physically handicap adults in my home and that’s why I needed a larger vehicle. I was given no choices and fact looked at funny when I questioned the fact that was being loaned a small SUV despite purchasing a large SUV. The vehicle was kept for a total of a week and upon pick up on 11.20.2022 noted the dash , and windows on the back did not match and repairs were not completed to satisfaction. The cashier on 11.20.2022 Told me a manager would contact me on Monday 11.21.22. On Monday I was contacted by several managers stating that they had completed all they could do for me at this time and that maybe I should take my business elsewhere. The We Owe is very specific and I purchased the vehicle with the impression that it would all be fixed to satisfactory and this has not been done.
Oil leak after change at dealership
I had the oil change when I got it back I had a oil call the dealership it took four weeks to get an appointment they claim they fixed it when I got it back home I still had a leak now they want me to bring it back and leave in a couple days so why should I take it back and leave it a couple days and they tell me the same thing when I have to drive 45 miles when they told me they checked everything I could not find a leak

I went to this dealership and bought a 2016 Buick Enclave. I've not even paid the 2nd payment yet and now my AC is out. What are they doing about it you ask??? Nothing me and my 3 kids Riding around in a $18,000 vehicle with no AC! They said they could do a voucher and let their shop look at it and diagnose it but they can't fix it so that means I will have to pay for it! I am so upset!!!! Do not buy your vehicle from them!! Beware!!!
