It is all good.

It is all good. My sales rep, William Goin, gets my five star rating. He is personable, extremely knowledgeable, and gave me everything I asked for. I am very happy with my Ford Escape and my experience at Sheehy.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful with purchasing a new car and answering any questions I had. Carlos was very patient and helped find me exactly what I was looking for and tried his best to get it as close to my budget as possible.

I would recommend Sheehy Ford Midlothian and the sales

I would recommend Sheehy Ford Midlothian and the sales team. Sandra Bigham took the time (and several test drives) to find the F-150 for me. Good follow up and not a pressure sales experience which I appreciate as a customer. Thanks Sandy and the team at Sheehy!

James Vance and the entire Sheehy Ford of Richmond team

James Vance and the entire Sheehy Ford of Richmond team did a fantastic job of insuring I got all the information I needed about the truck I had seen online, so that I could decide if it was the truck I wanted before I ever traveled to the dealership. No sales pressure, just information. James even made a video of the truck to cover points that weren't super clear in the online photos. I showed up to inspect the truck, and it was exactly what they had represented. Three hours later (most spent waiting for my bank to complete a wire transfer), and I was driving away in my new F-350. They even spent the down time going over how to set up the digital screen and various features, and drove me to get lunch! I'm 65, and this is the first time I have EVER had a totally positive experience at an auto dealership. I would HIGHLY recommend Sheehy Ford to anyone car shopping.

I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent

I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Sheehy Ford Lincoln. When I inquired about purchasing a car, I was disappointed by the dismissive attitude of Mark Silver. He assured me he would call back with further information, yet I never heard from him. This lack of follow-up made me feel undervalued as a potential customer. Adding to my frustration, I encountered a similar experience with a salesman named Xavier at the same dealership. Xavier appeared indifferent to my business and, despite his promise to call back, he too failed to do so. Ultimately, I ended up buying a car from Richmond Lincoln for the same price they had initially offered, simply because they followed through on their commitment. I believe Sheehy Ford Lincoln needs to focus on training their sales team to be more professional, attentive, and friendly. Customers deserve to feel respected and valued, and timely, genuine communication is a crucial part of that experience.

Bait and switch AFTER they took my money.

Bait and switch AFTER they took my money. I placed an online order and called the dealer to place a $1,000 deposit to hold the vehicle. When I was ready to come get the vehicle, I was quoted a $2,000 price increase. Thank goodness I found out before traveling out of state to the dealer. I have since been fighting the dealer for a simple explanation and have been met with none. The sales manager refuses to speak to me and salesman will not provide me with his contact information. I will be filing this event with the FTC and BBB. If I am not refunded my deposit I will also be reporting the transaction as fraudulent. It seemed too good to be true and that's because it was.
