$500 for a problem that did not exist

I already sent you a review but I will write it again. Oil change was fine, but the diagnostic service was horrible. I paid $160 for you to tell me what I already knew (the left blinker connector for my trailer hitch was not working). You told me it would be $486 dollars to repair it. I knew it could not be that big of an issue so I took it to a local mechanic. Either there was no problem or the problem was extremely minor because he fixed it in 10 minutes and charged me nothing because it was so easy. I will not be using your service in the future.

$500 for a problem that did not exist

I already sent you a review but I will write it again. Oil change was fine, but the diagnostic service was horrible. ripoff on warranty never buy anything from them!!!

hours ago NEW DO NOT BUY EXENDED WARRANTY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP Mr. MICHAEL PASCUAL IS A CROOK STOLEN $200 FROM ME!!!!!!!!THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND REPAIRS THEY SCREWED ME ON MY REFUND I TOLD THEM I WOULD TAKE THEM TO COURT IF I DIDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!! total of $2,480 paid $2,340 in cash and $140 on debit card ON xxxxTY WARRANTY ON RETURN REFUND I ONLY RECEIVED $2,280 never got my $140 they and $60 they kept in taxes stolen out of my bank account on debit card comes to a total of $200 they robbed me from THEY SAID it for FOR TAXES WENT TO VIRGINIA BUT WHEN I TALK TO THE LAWYERS OFFICE THEY SAID THEY FRAUDED ME OUT OF THAT MONEY SO TIMES ARE HARD RIGHT NOW AND THIS DEALERSHIP SCREWED ME WHEN IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THEY LEFTE STANDED WITH MY CAR BROKEN DOWN AND IT WAS BREACH OF CONTRACT DON'T BE SUCKERED LIKE I WAS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND GOOD LUCK YOU

Good service department

In the past, at other dealerships, if I carried an older vehicle into a dealership, the service department employees would make condescending comments to me or the sales people would be worrying me about trading my vehicle. I have never had that problem at Haley GMC.

Not pleased with service

On November 9, 2022, I went to Haley Buick GMC-Airport for a recall on my GMC Terrain which was supposed to be free and left paying $897.56 after the $91.61 senior deduction. I was never asked nor did I give my permission for anyone to inspect my vehicle for anything other than the recall. However, apparently, they took it upon themselves to inspect the entire vehicle to see what if anything, they could make money on. I was advised after the unauthorized inspection that I needed a new inspection sticker (which my daughter always takes care of). The Service Advisor showed me two invoices with a list of requirements – one showed possible repair suggestions and one showed a list of things that he stated had to be done before they could put a new sticker on my vehicle. He led me to believe that my sticker had expired or was expiring that day. I knew I did not want to be driving around with an expired sticker and possibly get a ticket, so I gave my permission. He showed me two separate invoices with two separate amounts, one was expensive, but not too too bad, but one was very very expensive – at least for me. However, I was under the assumption that my balance would be for the lower amount I had originally agreed to. Boy, was I shocked when I got the final bill. I have had my car inspected at a different establishment for many years and have never, ever, ever gotten a bill from them anywhere close to what Haley charged and I have had no problems with my vehicle from one year to the next. They do what is necessary to make sure my vehicle is safe and road ready. Although, they may make possible suggestions for things to be done in the future to maintain the upkeep of my vehicle, they have never ever ever stressed that everything had to be done before they could put the sticker on. I rarely drive my vehicle more than once or twice a week but most times not at all, and never ever for long distances. Therefore, there is absolutely no way things could have deteriorated that much on it since last year. I arrived at Haley around 11:15 and didn't leave until approximately 4:30. Now, I realize why it took so long. Therefore, by the time I left, I was tired and hungry, but most definitely extremely irritated and quite shocked when I saw what I had to actually pay rather what I had agreed to pay. I felt I was taken advantage of and I have no intention of returning to this establishment ever again.

2nd time I took my truck in for regular service, second time it was done on time as promised and they actually call to tell you it's ready! You don't seem to get good service at dealerships anymore, so thank you Haley (Airport) for the timeliness and communication!

Excellent service every time!

I purchased my 2020 GMC Sierra from Haley Airport GMC and have been happy with the my choice of buying from Haley. They are responsive when I have needed anything from parts and warranty service to regular maintenance and always with a positive attitude.
