Love our new 2023 Ford Bronco

Horrible service in service department

Not the best customer service in the service department . Had an appointment and brought my car in and left it for 5 hours. I was told they needed more time to fix the issue. When I showed up turns out they never even looked at my car. I was told they were pulled for another job. Having an appointment means nothing. Don?t count on your car?s simple issues being fixed the same day if you have an appointment. I was told this is how it is and it happens. They should tell customers they didn?t look at the car and don?t have time even with appointments rather than having me wait all day without a car and lying about it saying there wasn?t enough time and that they looked at it. Then I was told they need it the next day all day to be fixed but no guarantees. It?s hard to get help when you walk through the service department door in general. Most of them are too busy having personal conversations or on their computers WHILE customers are waiting and too busy to care to address them and help them. No wonder why it takes so long and things don?t get done. There?s been a couple times I?ve been waiting and my keys come in and are placed on the finished rack and I have to go ask to get my keys since they are too busy hanging out talking or whatever else they are doing.

F-150 Service

Checked in at 8:40am for a 9:00am service appt. Didn't get finished until 11:45am. Over three hours. At 10:40 was told by Service Advisor after checking that just had to finish adjusting door but had to get foreman to assist. At end he said they got it adjusted. In reading paperwork after leaving, the mechanic said that the door was checked door but nothing was wrong with it. So with appointment, took over three hours to to service vehicle and who do I believe on door adjustment??

2023 F350 purchase

I bought my 2023 F350 from Price Ford of Turlock and this is the second vehicle I have bought from them this year. Everything was smooth and easy as it was last time. I will continue going to them for my future purchases of Ford vehicles.

In love

Price Ford in Turlock makes our buying experience enjoyable. Not once did I feel pressured. Even when I took over a week to decide they let me have my space to think, reaching out to let me know they appreciated me coming in.

Experience at Price Ford in Turlock California

Our experience started off very stressful; but thankfully on the third almost fourth day Matt Watson turned everything around and was absolutely wonderful. He deserves a BIG promotion.
