Exceptional Service
I needed several things performed on my SUV. It was completed by 0930. I was prepared to be there for some time. I had brought my food with me. Didn't get a chance to consume it.

Due to a massive recall, I could not get an appointment for at least three weeks at the nearby dealership for a much needed oil change. I took a chance since I was in the West End and went by West Broad Hyundai to see if they could work me in which they could. I only had to wait an hour. And they found a nail in my tire so an additional forty five minutes had that problem fixed, too.

This was my first visit to Hyundai West Broad. Arrived and decided to wait on my car. It didn't take too long for my first check-up and inspection. Everyone was very nice, and the place was extremely clean.

Recent Service Experience
As with all of my service visits to West Broad Hyundai, my recent visit to get my car inspected was excellent. Despite my car having to be rejected because a part had to be ordered for it to pass inspection. My Service advisor, Mark Williams went over everything in great detail. He made me feel that the situation would be corrected ASAP.

90K Maintenance
I dropped my vehicle off after hours, and even though I had an appointment for the following morning, I wrote on the envelope what was to be done. I also requested the work be completed by 1:00 PM. Everything was completed as requested. When Mark called me, he ran down the list and also let me know that the car had been checked over, and there was nothing that had been found that needed attention. When I picked up my car, everything was ready and I was in and out very quickly. I have been taking my car here for service since I purchased it, but my service writer had left so this was my first interaction with Mark Williams. Mark was pleasant and professional, and it was an excellent experience with him as the service writer. The dealership is undergoing renovation but I am still rating the facilities a 5 because I can see what the future holds when the work is completed.
