Bad customer service in service dept

Horrible customer service in there service center. Stuck on the road with heater problems in below 0 temps and could get no help to diagnosing the problem. Very rude and no help.


Poor Customer Service

Horrible customer service from salesperson Cooper. Sold the vehicle we were trying to work a deal on and just stopped communicating and wouldn't return my calls. Had to request a new salesperson just to find out they sold the vehicle.


Horrible customer service

After looking at a used truck online I contacted the salesman by phone and email. I let him know I would be driving an hour and forty five minutes the upcoming Saturday to look at the truck. When arrived another salesman let us test drive the truck. Everything had went well up until this point. When the test drive was over we told the salesman that we would like to make an offer. He acted like since it was the other salesman’s deal he couldn’t discuss the purchase. He tried to call the salesman I originally dealt with and the manager but couldn’t get ahold of anyone. He asked if I was going to be in town a few days and I said no. He took my information and said he would call me if he could get ahold of anyone. I text the original salesman I spoke to on the phone to see if I could try working out a deal. I have never heard back from him. I finally received a call with a counter offer I countered back but he didn’t want to call the owner back with my counter which was only $900 off. I’m not unhappy that we couldn’t work out a price. I’m unhappy about the overall customer service. I have never been to a car lot and there not be someone there who could sell a truck. Every other car lot I have been to has been great about following up with me. It was a huge waste of time.
