If I could give negative stars, I would! Had a computer put in and of course it went bad just after the two year warrantee expired...ok..It happens. Went in to have a second computer put in. I was told I needed a complete harness replacement that it appeared that someone had done some after market wiring. Why didn't they tell me that at the first computer replacement? TWO WEEKS it took them to put a computer in! Zero communication! I called and wasn't able to speak to my " service rep" Dan. Dan never returned calls and I had to physically go in to get answers as to why the 3 day job took TWO WEEKS. Of course Dan wasn't available again. I would steer clear of this dealershio.

They will do everything in their power to take you for as much as possible, from removing parts that were never supposed to be touched to breaking things and charging you almost 4 times the going rate. They care nothing about the people nor the product. I work at ford and after dealing with them I will never buy ford again and I encourage you to do the same.

Apparently they are not taken too seriously, I have left you two private responses asking that all comms are in writing cause of my last experience and have not heard a word back. Just proves my point.
We had a great buying experience at Bob Swope in Elizabethtown. REX ALLAMAN was our salesman and provided all the answers to our many questions. Rex is professional, polite and knowledgeable while remaining friendly and NOT making us feel pressured. ( which is very important to us). I love my new Bronco and would highly recommend Rex at Bob Swope if you’re looking for a vehicle.

Tyler provided the smoothest purchase process I have experienced. Not only was respectful, listened to me without interuption, and made me feel very comfortable as if I have known him a very long time. When I talked to Tyler before going to the dealership, and let him know what I was looking for, he had a vehicle ready for me to look at and test drive. After the test drive Tyler showed me the vehicles features, explaining them one by one and while he was explaining I realized this was the vehicle I was looking for. We went back to his office, completed the paperwork and I drove off. I was suprised the purchase only took a few hours compared to past purchased that took all day to make. If you are looking to purchase a Ford go see Tyler he will take excellent care of you and find you the exact vehicle you are looking for.
