Our experience at Watermark Ford in Marion was excellent. Derrick Hobson was our sales associate. He did everything we asked of him. His honesty and integrity showed throughout the entire process. We could not have done better. We've worked with him before and have always been happy with him. He's awesome. Brad Poole is also great at what he does. We appreciate him and Derrick and Ron Vaughn for making everything so easy! We will be customer's for life if they keep up the good work! This Ford dealership has always been our preference for buying our cars.

Very open honesty full disclosure on vehicles.
Very open with giving honest positive question to vehicle history. was not holding back any answer to questions of vehicle. Show room is very open and a clear glass view to repair facility.

2016 Ford Escape
Went looking for a used car, Derrick was our sales man and he was great to work with. We decided on a Escape and he had it all ready to go when we went back to pick up a few days later. Thank you 2nd car I have bought here.

Best dealership in Southern Illinois!
Derrick Hobson was my salesman and took care of me from the time I took my first test drive to finally driving my new car home. I was very specific in what I wanted and he met everyone of my needs and helped me select the perfect car and made a process that can be stressful seem like just another day at the office. He knew everything about each vehicle inquired about, and was very knowledgeable in just about anything else I asked about. He wasn't your typical pushy salesman, he was professional and personal and made the buying process seem like two friends talking about cars. Watermark has a great asset in Derrick and a great financing department as well. Jon and Jesse we're top notch I helping me and made the whole process painless. Other dealers could take notes. Quick Lane Service
Quick lane provided excellent and courteous service. They were very busy but I had an appointment and received expedited service. Thanks to the employee at check in, she has great skills coordinating the service techs.

Quick and easy

Fobs not functioning after filling up car with gas
Called Watermark Ford and Melanie immediately sent Joel to our rescue. He put new batteries in the fob and car restarted then would not start again. Tommy came out and was able to use the override feature so we could get the car to the service department. Car was thoroughly checked out the next day and after new batteries placed in both fobs the car is working fine. Was given a rental car since vehicle was still under warranty.
