My wife and I visited Patrick Buick GMC and found the experience with our sales person Sarah Ross to be awesome, no pressure, knowledgeable and very attentive... to our needs. Once we determined what we wanted to buy, Sarah, Bryan the sales manager and the finance manager made the entire process timely, enjoyable and we appreciated the way and style they treated us.
I have purchased two Cadillac vehicles from Patrick in the past 4 yrs. The salesperson and process is outstanding! Recently my vehicle started smoking... and I stopped in a near by repair shop to get an estimate. They told me I needed valve cover repair and presented me with a costly estimate. I immediately called Patrick's service department to get a quote, even though they were further away. But I was willing to have the car towed to them. The service person (lady) that answered the phone took my request and said she would get me an estimate and get back to me. That was at 11:42 am by 3:40 I had not heard back so I called. She said, oh, I have your quote almost finished and I will call back in 5 minutes. Never called....I called back and she said I have your quote , can I call you in one minute after I get the paperwork together. Guess what that was March 28th and to this day I have not heard. In fact I had my vehicle repaired somewhere else!
I recently went to GMC in Ashland to look at card. Janet pulled up a Chevy Equinox (which I have been looking at reviews for a year now and love this car).... I fell in love with it immediately. Ron gave me an excellent trade in for my Tahoe. The whole process was exciting and easy. Everyone at GMC was friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for everyone at GMC!!!
I have bought many a car but never in any of those experiences did I leave the dealership feeling completely satisfied and ecstatic. There are just too... many positives about my experience. 1) Christina was excellent. I saw the vehicle I wanted. I stated the price I could afford out of the door in an email. They found a way to make it work and did not add a cent to it. In fact they got me more dealer discounts that I was not aware of. This does not happen in this business. 2) I went in with a low interest pre-approved loan based on excellent credit history. This was a from a credit union. Tim was able to get me a rate significantly lower. In fact when other dealers wanted me to finance from them and asked what my pre-approved loan rate was, they would just give up but this dealership got me something 0.25% lower. 3) I had an expectation of how the car would like given the price they were quoting. I had visited other dealers and based on that I formed my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the vehicle was much neater, had more options and in much greater state than I could possibly imagine. I went with my friend from Mississippi and after experiencing such professionalism and great customer service, he is seriously thinking of buying from Patrick Buick. If you see a car you like at this dealership, you should definitely visit them.
While visiting family in Glen Allen, the brake system failed. Since I have a Cadillac and there were no dealers around I was able to get to Patricks. Even... though I was from out of town they treated me GREAT. They took the car in the shop had a technician check it out and recommended the fix. (New brake lines due to corrosion). The car was fixed expertly and at a fair price. I could not be more pleased with Patrick Buick, GMC

I have a ten year old Buick and have been going to Patrick Buick GMC for many years and have always been treated with upmost respect. I always have been... treated fair and have always been given fair prices on service. A shout out to the service department employees, in particular Mark Webster. He always goes above and beyond to make sure my service visit is the best. Ritchie and Jerry also do a great job too! They have a great team. I have a 2007 Chevy Avalanche that I bought in 2008 that would once a year around the same month would not start like the battery was dead. So I called... GMC in 2010 and told me to take it to Patrick Buick in Ashland Va. they servicers look at the truck and said there was nothing just needed a replacement battery. I replaced the battery but bought a warranty , in 2013 the truck did the same thing so we thought it was a fluke and jumped it. Last year 2014 it happen again so we call the Patrick Buick in Ashland VA. to let them know something is going wrong. We took the truck there and they said it was okay and bring it back it happen again. Well again a year later in 2015 it happens again so I called to the dealer and talk to service and the guy that answer the phone said you have not been here since 2010 I told him to check his records cause we was just there last year. He then says oh yeah that tells me he didn’t even bother to look the first time. So he said you need to talk to the guys that handle this before but he’s with someone so you can call back. Now I’m upset cause we are going through this process again so I called back and talked to the Service Manger Robert H.. Well he has the worst customer service values, he was short and while I was trying to explain what happen he kept saying well it’s a 5 year old battery and giving smart answers like I can’t diagnose the truck over the phone I called for help not to be treated like I was unintelligent. I told we had been having troubles before the 5 years and we didn’t live near the dealership so it’s hard to go back and forth while the truck is not starting and cloud I use another dealership. He then says it depends on your warranty and I then say well do I have that one he said I don’t know. I said can you look it up he says No find your paperwork its at this time I realized he didn’t want to help me so I asked his name and hung up. So I have a warranty on a battery with a dealership that could care less about their customer service.
