I just wanted to take some time and post about how amazing Steves Chevrolet is! I cannot express how much I have enjoyed every experience with this dealership. All the way from trying to purchase a vehicle and getting the specific one I wanted from another dealership shipped to them all the way to two years of ownership and a few service appointments. Not only is the staff professional and knowledgeable but they genuinely care about their customers and the experiences they have. I had one issue with my truck that I kept hearing, but they couldn’t locate, and we went into the dealership 3 times and each time they tried to find the issue until finally they did. They never gave up on checking and never acted like we were a bother to them or the dealership. On top of that they always did what they could to make sure we would not be left without a vehicle. I can say that dealing with their dealership for anything has been more like calling a family friend to ask for help then it has been just treating me like customer. I didn’t realize how lucky I am to have purchased a vehicle from them until we purchased my wife’s jeep from a different dealership and have nothing but issues with them from the beginning. Normally I work with Brian in service who is amazing and deserves all the praise but even when I have dealt with other service members it has still been the same treatment. If you want to purchase a vehicle and know you will forever be taken care of and treated like you matter, then you need to purchase it from Steves. I, myself, will never purchase another car from any other dealership again and it doesn’t matter how far I live or move too. For instance, I live up near Galt and I still choose to use their dealership and service just because how they have treated me. Thank you Steves Chevrolet for being an amazing place to go and also Brian in service deserves an award or a raise! You guys are amazing!

I purchased car from Steves and in past just took it in they did everything I didn't have do anything. This time no tire rotation, didnt reset my panel which is not working. Oakdale is about 25 miles from my home, to just get an oil change in future I will go to local dealership it is only about 2 miles away.
