Here is my story PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE THEY ALL ARE CROOKS AND LIERS... (Copy of a letter sent to Phil) Phil, 1st of all how can you get away with bait n switch sending me countless emails & letters in the Us mail, of how I was pre approved for a loan to buy a car at your storefront and somehow switching the loan to my wife's name in the midst of selling me a car? we have been taken advantage of and Lied to over and over. Your salesman Mike shook hands and excepted my asking price of $6000 trade in value, but only put $1000.00 in the paper work and after bringing this attention to Mike as well as his manager Mike lied straight to my face and told me he did not remember our conversation and not one thing about my $5000 loss was done to make up the difference . Yea Christian based? Pray for Mason right!!! how about pray for your buyers? Or even your lieng team aren't you embarrassed? 🙄 Further more Mike told me my window that still has a star in it ( please call me to make appointment to fix im still waiting ) would be fixed as well as the bad front end alignment, if I wanted to buy the car. and after 4 times on your rack and once on my mechanics rack the alignment can't be properly aligned due to bad front bushing, with pictures of proof turned into Paul, I remember asking your mechanic to check them and another lie he said it had no worn parts. And by the way CJ the service Writer in your Quick repair area has no customer care , he is rude and yells at customers and mistreats alot of people so bad his dad told me not to return to that side and paul would take care of my needs on an ongoing service on his side. in my opinion CJ is a loss to your business, he should learn more people skills from his father paul the other service writer Paul is more business minded and responsive. So in response to your statement of reparing my used vehicle as if you did me a favor, no no favors phil it's business and the loaner car was a normal part of business. And the brakes and rotors my car didn't need them you wasted your time and failed to see the reality of the problems 1 being a shake at high speeds and 2 the cars alignment problem. You throwing parts at a car does not validate going over and beyond your responsibility it actually shows an untrained eye for repair and unnecessary parts and money spent on your dime and time lost for both of us. Another lie was the new driveline being ordered from Kia as my car was stuck 28 days in your possession. And on paperwork marked used, so why put a possible bad used drive line on a car u say needed a new driveline and was the cause of the high speed shaking? Maybe this is why I still have shaking at high speeds ? I have requested information where you bought this driveline and demand this information asap. Your mechanic and customer co worker parts writer knew of the brake light and returned my car back to me putting me and my family in danger. And after asking about it told me I could drive my car home safely and ordered the part , and after turning over my car to kia I was advised I couldn't drive my car with light on it was dangerous, another time I was lied to and my safety not cared about. The list goes on n on, and you are responsible for fixing my front end alignment and worn parts as sold to me I have my rights in buying a used car and you have responsibility of holding tight to my safety as well as holding up the name Ford and both lack hint the D- AND UNACCREDITED DENIED HONORS OF THE B.B.B. WE WILL TALK SOON WAKE UP AND BE RESPONSIBLE. My VOICE WILL BE HERD, BY THE RIGHT PEOPLE IN THE RIGHT CHAIN OF COMAND SOON ENOUGH BECOUSE OF YOUR LACK OF CARE. Jerry Guillen and Kimberly Hankins

Dishonest
Purchased vehicle from Eric and Johnny and boy did I get taken. First the markup on the vehicle which I didn't know about was over 10k, which no other dealership has in the area. I am pregnant and had my special needs child with me and having a melt down which I should have just walked away, instead trusted them as they promised me they were going to take care of me and got taken advantage of instead. Don't trust them and this was my second vehicle purchased from them and will never buy from them again. I don't want this happening to anyone else. Buy from another dealership except them. I don't need a response back from u guys already told your sales guy and continued to lie, just don't want another person to get taken advantage of.

Just bought my third car from Phil Waterford Manteca Ford. They continue to go above and beyond for their customers. Gave me a great price on the vehicle and even offered to deliver it. I’ve never had any issues with any of the 3 cars I’ve bought from this dealership. They are honest and not pushy either. This dealership has my business for life !

Just bought my third car from Phil Waterford Manteca Ford. They continue to go above and beyond for their customers. Gave me a great price on the vehicle and even offered to deliver it. Treated unfair
Very disappointed I financed a car or 2018 Ford focus put 5000 down paid 5000 on it until the engine blew up at 56,000 miles had a warranty for 60,000 miles wanted me to pay out-of-pocket for the rental car which I shouldn’t have because I had an extended warranty on it so I refinanced financed another car and they wouldn’t even let me have credit for the money that I put down on it and already paid for it I think that was pretty unfair so now I am financing a car from you guys for $40,000 because my credit isn’t that good but just because my credit isn’t that good it should be discriminated to me becauseBecause I put a good down payment on it and I paid up on turn on this car so I just wanted to know if you would hear me out and maybe it’s too late for anything to be done but I’ve only had a card for about 24 months nothing else nothing more but I would like to be fair and be treated fairly and think and I think this was not a fair deal thank you for hearing me sincerely Marie Gurnard’s and I’ve tried to resolve this a couple times or asked to talk to someone and they always give me they run around but I’m just saying you guys are supposed to be a professional car dealership with a lot of respect And either one was shown to me

Took a brand new car in for a warranty issue. Paul at the reception is nice. They keep the car for a couple of days on the first visit, which was without appointment, talking with Ford Tech Hotline, and could not find the fault. After ordering parts they setup a new appointment and then keep the car for three days, tell me it is fixed, upon pickup it is not fixed, keep it another day... when finally repaired, the issue came back again a week later. When the new mechanic took off plastic cover he found spliced wires in the factory harness. Completely unacceptable for a new car, be warned.

Took car in for oil drip of about 1 pint per 6 months....
Took car in for oil drip of about 1 pint per 6 months. Due to covid, service dept was closed so quick lane diagnosed. They said it was oil pressure sensor leak 1st time. Got it home, still leaking. I showed quicklane manager the bottom of oil pan was place of drip. They replaced oil pan gasket. Car still leaked. I c Inspected and found oil pan was filthy, wiped with rag and found crack in the pan bottom. Spoke to new service department manager who repaired then he refunded the cost of labor on previous unnecessary repairs. He said he was hired to improve the service and quicklane departments.

I went to Stockton Kia to get my Kia soul fixed. Please follow. After being their for two hours they said they did not have the parts that they said they did have to fix my car. I had used Manteca ford before for oil service and called and asked if they could work on my car. Appt was set for the next Monday. When I got to Ford they said that my vin number could have used two different sensors so they got both for the repair and would return the one that was not needed. WOW car was fixed in under two hous, the bill was less the Kia would have been and my car is running great. Thanks just does not seem enough to say, But thanks...
