Buyer beware.

Buyer beware. Sold a used car that they were aware, had issues. Warned me that smell in car was from detailing done.....wrote up inspection the day of purchase .....tried to intercept my use of extended warranty that I purchased.....third party determined that items should have been caught on a pre -sale inspection...sales manager said I was lucky the car didn't catch fire.

Bad service

Do not take your vehicle to fugates for a repair. I took my vehicle in for an alignment. They could not do the alignment due to needing repairs. I had to pay full price for them putting the vehicle on the lift. Plus had a key made paid 130.00 and it don't work. So I spent $310.14 for nothing. If I could give 0 stars that's what they would get.

They were very nice let me drive the car I asked him if...

They were very nice let me drive the car I asked him if they would come down and I said no I told him how much I could put down they put it into the manager and it came back approved

Poorest sales team ever

Poorest sales team ever I went in the other day and they thought I did not know anything about cars well I am a master mechanic Short story majority of the used cars they have on stock are junk guaranteed to break down and leave you stuck I don't do business with shandy people I recommend you not go to this car lot again I recommend you not go to this car lot.

Great experience with Sales and Service

My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from Fugate Motors. We bring them both here exclusively for service. The sales people have never been pushy or made us feel pressured. We were in and out in less than an hour each time (we researched on their website before going in) The service department has always been accommodating, even picking our vehicles up from work for service work and returning them before we got off for the day. Will never shop anywhere else!
