I recently bought my 2024 Trax from Henderson Chevrolet GMC. Wes Duffy was my salesperson, and it was really a pleasure working with him. He was professional, courteous, and knowledge. He patiently went over all the details of the car and answered all my husbands and my questions. Everyone at the office was friendly and helpful. I would definitely buy another car there and I highly recommend Henderson Chevrolet GMC.

Had an excellent experience during the buying process. My only complaint is that there was a small issue with the truck. A plastic piece around the steering column was loose, not a big deal but I wanted it fixed. Sales person was right on it, took it back to service and brought the truck back after about 30-45 minutes and said they are going to order the part and we'll call you when it arrives. I get a call the next day from the service manager, he explains that my information wasn't in the system yet and that there was a miscommunication between the sales person and the service department so they couldn't create a service ticket to get the part ordered. He asked if I could bring the truck in again so they could find out what part they needed to order and that I'll need to bring it back once the part arrives. I live 30 minutes away from the dealership so making an extra trip is a little bit of an inconvenience. The service manger was very nice and did apologize for the mistake and the inconvenience. Mistakes happen and no one is perfect just a bit of a let down. I would still recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. This is the only interaction I've had with the Service department so far, so I'm hoping everything goes well.

They were knowledgeable about my needs and they worked with me to get a car. I would go back and see them again. I love my car!

They had exactly what I wanted and Grant was very knowledgeable about all the details. A satisfactory deal was made and now I have a new pickup. I was very pleased with the results.
