Screwed Over

This dealership had always done the oil changes and warranty work on my Chrysler 200 and Dodge Dart. I bought A 2020 Jeep from them today and told the salesmen I would take it if they would put remote start on it, the salesmen JJ told me they would do that. After the paperwork was done, I owe them $398.00 for Remote Start which I said I will take the car if you add remote start " to me that means the dealership pays for it", and remember the salesman said they would. I have never bought a car that the dealer didn't fill up the tank and give at least 3 oil changes. I feel screwed and will be returning the vehicle Monday. I thought they were different, but I was wrong and do not recommend this dealership. I contacted the Salesman, and he told me I need to talk to some else. I let him that he's the one that made money off the sale and told me that they would add remote start therefore he needs to take care of it

Screwed Over

Horrible!!

My husband and I was looking at a 2023 Dodge challenger. We was specifically told there was absolutely no rebates on the car. We was told this several times. The salesman then proceeded to go inside and say he dug deep and could give us a 1500 rebate when on their website their clearly is a 2000 dollar rebate. To stand in someone's face and boldly lie is absolutely ridiculous and no way to do business. Apparently they don't need our business or want it. Beware and check their website before you go in. Also when confronted he said I gave you the 2000 rebate, no you said you dug deep and came up with 1500. How deep do you have to dig when it is clearly listed on your website!!!!!

Great experience!

Sam, Megan, and the rest of the sales team made purchasing our new car such a great experience. Worked with us to get the right car at the right price. Would definitely recommend them! Huge selection of vehicles and staff willing to go above and beyond!

Bonita Pool

Wanted to update our Jeep Liberty and found one online at Audubon that we liked. Contacted Megan and received an immediate response. She and Ashley answered our questions and put us in contact with Mike, sales rep. Everyone we came in contact with were friendly down to earth and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Great experience!!!! By the way. Love our updated Jeep Liberty.
