Very bad experience.

Recently purchased a new Chevy trax from this dealership trying to upgrade a little from a Mitsubishi Mirage G4. Mysteriously we qualified for the best interest rate but was talked into a higher interest rate. Also that day it was very sunny outside and a dent was overlooked on a supposedly new vehicle on top of the hood that they missed during their exit clean the vehicle up before it leaves the lot. I understand that it was a cheaper suv, but one of the people could have been honest and let us know about the dent and offer to fix it before we drove off of the lot, but it didn’t happen. So, I am stuck now trying to convince this dealership that it was pre existing or return the vehicle. We will not be dealing with this business in the future and will certainly pass along this information. Very bad experience for my family.

Worst experience ever buying a new truck!

The GM lied to me about price of truck and was very rude to my wife on the phone. The salesman was very nice! But I will never do business with Thornhill again!

Avoid

If I could put zero stars I would. I have heard a lot of people in the past speak negatively about this dealership and it definitely lived up to those rumors. Tried to buy a camper from this dealership (yes I know they are a car dealership) but they did not take any steps in assuring us that what they were selling was completely functioning. Before buying they stated that they would make sure nothing was wrong with the camper before we pulled it off the lot and they clearly did not because the air conditioner needed completely replaced. We bought it on a Friday evening and we could not find out any information for what parts were needed until Monday morning. Instead of giving us until Monday morning to gather all the information needed we had to return it by Sunday to get a refund. We even offered to pay half on the repairs on something they sold us before even knowing how much it was going to be. It was very poor customer service all around and they did not do anything to try and make it right. I hope someone reads this review before buying the camper so they do not get ripped off like we did. They sold it to us for $11,300 so don't let them try to sell it to you for way more. Because even if they get the air conditioner fixed the furnace will need replaced very soon too with other parts because the unit that is in there currently is not made anymore. So repairs will be thousands of dollars when it goes out. Please avoid this camper!

Amazing service!

I came in to shop for a new car and was helped by Josh Lawson. The entire experience was awesome! Josh was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. I will definitely tell my friends!

Wonderful experience!

Josh Lawson met us as soon as we pulled into the lot. He was friendly and knowledgeable and very intuitive of our needs. He made us feel so welcome, it was more like he was there to help us buy a car, rather than just sell us one. I'm definitely recommending Josh to all my friends and family for their car buying needs.
