Pleased Again

This is another visit for a repair on my 08 Patriot, with the Jeep extended warranty, Just returned from White Sands, NM. and had fault codes and was making noise in engine compartment. Expressway took the Jeep in at 1pm, and found it had a Alternator failing from a bearing failure, 140k + miles, they had one in stock and replaced it and checked out and cleared all fault codes before 3:30pm. I only had the deductible to pay, and was back on road very quick. Expressway's service is always quick and they have always had the parts in stock. Making it same day service! Great experience

We came to look at a used vehicle we had seen on their website. We were met with a great salesman and he promptly showed us the vehicle we had been interested in. He answered questions we had and the deal went smoothly. This was our first experience here but we will be back in the future.

Buying Process

Salesman was knowledgable and willing to locate the vehicle in color and trim package that I wanted. Spent the majority of the day at the dealer when I really was just wanting a quote and looking at possible options. I did get a very good deal on the vehicle I purchased, just a very long process and was time time consuming. Also not overly impressed with the fact that the dealership didn't want to contact the finance company to find out the exact payoff on my old vehicle.

Poor Service. Problem still not fixed.

Have been having issues with Caravan shifting hard for a long time. Been in to this repair facility at least 4 times now for the same issue. They allegedly recently rebuilt the transmission, but the vehicle is still shifting hard and at times harder than before the alleged repair. Unsure if they actually perform what is on the paperwork considering the problem still exists. Have a case open with Dodge Corporation regarding this issue. Once this vehicle is fixed, we will not be back.

Buying a car? Buy here!!

Some of the nicest people we have bought a car from in a long time!! Great prices. The only dissatisfied aspect of the whole process is allowing customers to wait while you're in your morning meetings. Overall great experience and will definitely be back in the future.

Always great service and after purchase care!

I have purchased both new and used vehicle from expressway dodge and I am always satisfied with the Staff. My vehicles are serviced by expressway and they are great as well. I tell everyone I know to go to expressway Dodge in Evansville .

Great Peaople

I had a medical issue that caused me to look mat trading my 2014 Dodge 4x4 for something I could get in and out of. I talked with Chris Lacefield and he worked with me to find something affordable and that would suit my needs. This process went on for about 3 hours and in the end I walked out with a new Dodge Caravan that is perfect for myself and my wife. I couldn't be happier with Chris and all the friends at Expressway Dodge
