    My dealings with Ray's Ford have all been a positive experience. My Grandson needed a car and I looked at Ray's inventory and found a Mazda 6 that fit... him and his budget. He came from Louisville with his Father in law on a Sunday and made the deal and drove the car home that day. My SIL's old car was on it's last leg and she asked if I would look for her a good car and gave me a price range. I looked again at Ray's and found a beautiful red Ford Focus hatchback. I made an offer and was accepted, I went to Louisville and picked her up and she came down and drove the car home. Fast and friendly sales staff. When I was looking at the Focus for my SIL, I saw a '14 Ford C-Max Energi, I was familiar with the hybrids so a couple of weeks later, I made the deal and bought the C-Max. I've put over 30,000 miles on the car and it has averaged 51.2 mpg. I will visit Ray's Ford when I need to get another car and will recommend them to my family and friends, just plain down home friendly folks.

    Just took our brand new F250 in to have our headlights adjusted down a little. Was told there was no possible way that was happening today as they were... a technician short. There was 2 “techs” sitting in the office, one on his phone. We went outside and adjusted the 2 screws ourselves beings that they were apparently much too busy to help us. Thanks folks!

    Sorry for your experience, Our Techs do not have a office to sit in. The service writers are the ones in the office and they are not Techs. They do yo...u their cell phones to communicate with customers and she knows that. Thanks Ray

    When I started looking I thought I would regret going to a big dealer but I was pleasantly surprised when I visited Rays. The car was exactly as it was... described and all maintence was already performed. Staff was real nice and my visit to the dealer could not have been better. I most definitely will buy from Rays again. Thank you.

    #Lemon Alert Rays Ford Bought a chrysler from them for $5300 had a 160,000 miles on it but was told that engine was put in and the motor had only 40,000... miles on it by larry and then when asked by terry (there Manager )he said he never did,took complete 360 and lied to our face . I was stupid enough to believe them and week later one after another spent almost $2000 ,had to change the suspension since it was all shot and cant put any more money now . Was told that motor has to be rebuild and will cost approx 5-6k . Went back to them for a resolution 3 week later they said we can buy your car back for $1000 . I even requested to speak to the owner and told them i will take this battle to social media to which terry ( there used car manager responded that how long have you been in town), like they care jack xxxx about there customer . i even said i am ok for them to trade me in for a lesser money . But really you want to give $1000 for a 5300 car that was sold 3 weeks ago and only drove for 400 miles all this time #neverBuyraysford

    My wife needed a new car and we went there on the 4th of July they sold us a brand new compass and fix my old Liberty for employee pricing plus they fed... us burgers I told him what I wanted for a payment and they came in under

    Went to Rays Ford Kinda skeptical being a female and making my first car purchase by myself, and was pleasantly surprised by their customer service! Treated... me with nothing but respect and a no pressure buying experience. My sales person Brennan was excellent and provided me with a hassle free experience.
