Customer Service Sales
Once they get your money customer service is out the window. What we were told and what we experienced were 2 totally different things. Ask many questions before writing a check. Even then you won't know the truth.
Took my ESCAPE in for service because it shakes badly at 60 to 70miles an hour. they said it was the tires I purchased there Goodyear said there nothing wrong with the tires. Told the owner about my problem he did absolutely nothing Didn't have that problem until they work on the engine. Had to take it back twice for oil leaks
Super easy purchase,
I live out-of-state and purchased a vehicle sight unseen. I was not disappointed! The Jeep I purchased was in immaculate condition, just as described. Jeff and Bruce were great to work with. The title arrived before my vehicle did and all of the paperwork was complete. They were great in working with the transport company and my Jeep arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Ray’s Ford and would not hesitate to purchase over the internet if you have any reservations. Now the fun part - driving my new vehicle! Thank you!,

I was amazed at how easy the buying process was at Ray’s. Joetta was great to work with and even though we live 2 hours away. I’ll cross the border into Kentucky for all our vehicles from now on. Joetta and Terry gave us a great deal, more than what we thought we would get for our trade as well!! Thank you Terry and Joetta for a great day!!!
Don't walk, Run away!
First dealership in Kentucky to start dealing in car value speculation in the car industry. Offer you 8k below low trade-in for yours, because they believe the "market will change soon". Even admits they're offering well below market, apparently they know the future... But fail to live by their own convictions, considering they're selling their used cars at current inflated prices.... Must not believe their own speculation!
Long Time Customer
Found a ten year old Lincoln MK5 that was in perfect condition at a fair price so I bought it. I have bought several vehicles from Ray's and had them service those vehicles for 20 years now. I like the family no pressure environment. Also, as a military veteran I appreciate their support and patriotism. Thank you for being a great neighbor.

So I didn't buy a vehicle they where fixing my truck. The service department is a great treat to work with. They are honest and upfront with everything. I will take all my vehicles there.
Ray's Ford for the family
My dealings with Ray's Ford have all been a positive experience. My Grandson needed a car and I looked at Ray's inventory and found a Mazda 6 that fit him and his budget. He came from Louisville with his Father in law on a Sunday and made the deal and drove the car home that day. My SIL's old car was on it's last leg and she asked if I would look for her a good car and gave me a price range. I looked again at Ray's and found a beautiful red Ford Focus hatchback. I made an offer and was accepted, I went to Louisville and picked her up and she came down and drove the car home. Fast and friendly sales staff. When I was looking at the Focus for my SIL, I saw a '14 Ford C-Max Energi, I was familiar with the hybrids so a couple of weeks later, I made the deal and bought the C-Max. I've put over 30,000 miles on the car and it has averaged 51.2 mpg. I will visit Ray's Ford when I need to get another car and will recommend them to my family and friends, just plain down home friendly folks.
Just took our brand new F250 in to have our headlights adjusted down a little. Was told there was no possible way that was happening today as they were a technician short. There was 2 “techs” sitting in the office, one on his phone. We went outside and adjusted the 2 screws ourselves beings that they were apparently much too busy to help us. Thanks folks!
Sorry for your experience, Our Techs do not have a office to sit in. The service writers are the ones in the office and they are not Techs. They do you their cell phones to communicate with customers and she knows that. Thanks Ray
I went in thinking I wouldn’t be able to get anything and left in a brand new Fiesta! Charlie was my salesman and he worked hard for me. We had great conversation and he answered all of my questions. See Charlie at Ray’s!
