Sold me a used car with a lien on it on 8/7.

Sold me a used car with a lien on it on 8/7. Didn’t tell me. It’s now 11/7. They don’t return my phone calls and still no title. Only honest person I spoke to was Amy in the title department who was courteous enough to tell me what was really going on. Buyer beware. Update!!! It is now 1/8 and the 5 month anniversary of buying the car and still they have not resolved the issue. NO TITLE, NO STATE PLATES! Total disregard for honest business practices, timely resolution, or any attempt at compensation for this travesty...

I have done business w this dealership for over 10 years.

I have done business w this dealership for over 10 years. Every experience has been positive: Service Advisor, General Manager, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and several Sales Representatives. I have purchased and leased vehicles from them and my vehicles have been routinely serviced there. I have shopped on-line before signing- they are competitive in pricing. Additionally, the personal service and relationships are outstanding!

Will deliver the vehicle then continue to hassle you for documentation that is either not necessary or should have been asked for in the begging. Other previous bad experiences include car dying on the way home after routine service, tires unbalanced after service, and oil leaking out on the way home after an oil change. Really great place, NOT.

Caught Don and his staff olivia in a string of lies. These sales representativesand manager are very unprofessional. False prices and terrible response time. Do NOT be mis lead by these representatives at Volvo Of Charlottesville.

Todd Cadle is always helpful. Everyone at the dealership goes out of their way to answer my questions and even to work with me to get my back cargo door to respond to my foot and open. This is an ongoing issue .
