I am a very busy person, when I drop by to have routine maintenance, the service department is always quick and efficient in getting me in and out of there.

My charger was under the Total Care extended warranty. At 85k the "brain" of the vehicle died. The service people at Commonwealth Dodge went that extra... mile. The part had to be manufactured as it was not in stock. I received a rental for 3 1/2 weeks at no charge, even though the warranty only covered 5 days. They kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and did a great job on the repairs. To save me money, they made sure and asked if there were any other issues the vehicle was having that would be covered under the total care so I wouldn't be charged the $100 deductible twice. They were very concerned about me not being inconvenienced and standing behind the Total Care Warranty. I would definitely deal with their service center and suggest it to anyone.
The finance manager Michael Thompson will make promises he can't / won't keep. Poor communication, poor customer service. I would not recommend to my... family or friends.
I received a letter that they wanted to buy my car, no purchase necessary. I called, made an appointment, told them the make and Miles on the car as they... asked me BEFORE I made appointment and they said to please come in. My appointment was for 9:00 am Dec. 18, 2017. I got there and waited for dealership to open. I was then told the man who does appraisals wasn't even coming in to work! I said, " But I have an appointment?" The man made a phone call and said ' No we are not interested!" I said " You mean I have come here and you are not even going to look at my car? I have just waisted my time?" He said Yes! I told him he had treated me very rude and I would be giving Commonwealth Dodge a negative review. He did not apologize nor seem the least concerned. So I advise if you be a letter advising their inventory is low for good used cars and they want to buy your far, no purchase necessary........please don't call or give them the time of day because when they asked if I was interested in buying another car from them and I said No, they promptly flushed me down the toilet. The letter is just another sales gimmick to sell you a car, not to buy yours.
I had the misfortune of experiencing car problems while out of town for work. I took my Chrysler Town & Country van to this dealership after finding a... Technical Service Bulletin online for the problem I was having (engine misfire). They were extremely busy when I got there, but the Service Advisor Specialist, Taylor Alford, seemed genuinely interested in my plight. I had to leave the vehicle overnight and get a rental car to get back to Cleveland. Taylor made sure my van was looked at the following day and got back to me promptly with what it would take to get running correctly again. I was fully expecting the worse based on what I read in the TSB, but Taylor gave me great news and the repair was relatively inexpensive. It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there! I'm very happy with the service I received at this dealership and would recommend them to all in the Louisville area!

They were unable to help me with the vehicle I preferred to purchase. I had difficult because my credit score was low, but they did try to help me with... that . However we could nit come to terms with a comfortable car payment for me. The salesman was very personable. But, I called before I went there and explained about my credit informing management that my situation was difficult and that I did not want to come all the way out there and not only be embarrassed but waste my time. He assured me that would not be an issue. But I ended up wasting my time nonetheless and being embarrassed as well.
