Found the used car that I have spent five months searching for on their website (actually Cars.com). It was necessary for me to act fast due to the specifics of the make, model, and color. After speaking to Jeff Hawkins, I made a deposit and then wired the rest of the balance the next day. Jeff kept me up to date via text and phone calls throughout the whole process and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. Had a great experience with the long distance transaction. Jeff provided many pictures prior to the shipper picking up the car. The condition of the car is excellent and I am very happy with the outcome. I wrote a bad review earlier, which was all true. However the Owner Steven made everything right. He truly wanted to correct the issues that happened. At my convenience I brought my new truck back to their dealership and they fixed all the problems with it. New front fender, fixed the side view mirrors and even left me a check to cover the side step cap. So in the end run I was very pleased with how things turned out. The truck runs great and looks nice. I would recommend giving this dealership a shot at your business.
