My truck broke down at the top of Snowshoe Mountain on Fourth of July weekend. Nobody in the area was open or available to look at it or fix it. I had to leave my truck there on the mountain and return home to Hurricane WV ( 4 hours away ). I called and spoke with Joe Mitchell at Mitchell Chevrolet on Tuesday July 5 when they opened since they were the closest Chevrolet dealership to where I was and even though the service department was booked up for the day he was able to send a rollback about 35 miles away and tow my truck to the dealership that morning. Within 2 hours, Donna, from the service department called me and said they found and fixed the problem. It was the main battery fuse. They went out of their way and the extra mile to help me and kept me informed the whole time. I would strongly recommend Mitchell Chevrolet to anyone in need of a quality service department with professional, caring employees. Very impressed!

The management and employees are friendly and seem to be very knowledgeable. They are willing to answer your questions and provide information. Customers are treated with respect and in a timely manner. The facilities are clean and organized.

The customer service at Mitchell Chevrolet is by far the best I've experienced in the 45 years I've owned a vehicle. Donna met me in the parking lot when I arrived and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my service to be completed. Then scheduled the warranty repair, reminded me of my appointment by email and arranged for a rental car for transportation during the repair. Other dealerships could take a lesson on customer service from Mitchell Chevrolet!
