I wanted to say thank you to Keith our sales rep, Robin our finance woman and the owner of Napa Nissan. You have all made a single mom of 3 very happy. Napa Nissan is a great place to buy a vehicle, they honored a misprint on the price for us and they really do keep their used automobiles on the lot in pristine shape. We purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento LX and we couldn't be happier. Napa Nissan took care of cleaning the car very well both inside and out. The friendly greeting by Keith at the door and Robin even came out of the office to say hi to us before we took the vehicle for a test spin. The vehicle ran like a champ and we were even presented with information on the last several services of the vehicle before purchasing it so we could see how well maintained it was. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and have never had a more pleasant experience than I did with Napa Nissan. In the future I would much rather go to Napa Nissan where although it is a smaller dealership, it is a much more enjoyable experience than any of the huge lot dealerships I have been to in the past that really didn't care about the customers. Napa Nissan really does care about their customers and they now have 3 more repeat cusomers. Thank you again Robin, Keith and the owner of Napa Nissan. From your new customers. Napa was the best company for my wife and I to buy a car...

Napa was the best company for my wife and I to buy a car from! Everyone there is so kind but we did want to give credit to their wonderful girl in finance, Robin Benson. She gave beautiful customer service and was so patient working with us to make sure we got the warranty we wanted. Robin is just another example of how genuine and friendly the staff are at Nissan. Thank you all!

Sandra Gillam was very kind and deserves praise, being a good rep for the Nissan company. Sometimes good customer service is what truly sells. We didn't buy a car yet but we wanted her to be noticed. We really appreciated the things she's done for us.

Car Battery Buyer BEWARE!!!

Purchased new car battery from Parts Dept. in March, 2020. Car sat in carport since November 1, 2020 due to lay-off and Covid-19. Tried to start in February, 2021, but would not start. Determined only 2V in battery. Napa Nissan will not honor free replacement with vehicle due to Service Dept. request. That was not conveyed at purchase. I recommend auto parts store that will check/charge battery for FREE!!! If needed, purchase battery from store which will then honor their word. I'm never going back to Napa Nissan!!!

The last of the family owned Nissan Dealerships in the Bay

I brought my 2015 Nissan Rogue to Napa Nissan for it's first service. Ruben greeting me with a friendly smile and a "Welcome to Napa Nissan !" I felt I was at the right dealership from that moment forward. My Rogue was serviced in a very timely manner and to my surprise they washed and vacuumed the entire car! I met Scott and was happy to see that he is the new addition to Napa Nissan and has 24 years of experience from another very local Nissan dealership. I was also happy to see that Napa Nissan now has 3 Master Technicians that have years of experience. As I was ready to leave, Steve, the Service Manager came over and thanked my for coming to Napa Nissan. He also told me that Napa Nissan is celebrating their 50 year Anniversary with Nissan and is the oldest Nissan Dealership in Northern California. I truly felt at home.
