The associate that greeted me was nice and I was soon

The associate that greeted me was nice and I was soon greeted by a lady that answered my questions and accepted my coupons. She also explained what I needed to do to cash my rewards which saved me a lot of money. My biggest complaint is that when I picked up my car all of the tires were overinflated.

I asked for my tires to be aired correctly, I was told

I asked for my tires to be aired correctly, I was told they were. When I checked the pressure one was 40, 41, 35, 42, not 35 as recommended for all 4.

The sales staff at Northside were very professional and friendly. We made an appointment to test drive the car, and they had it out front ready for us at the appointment time. The sales staff were respectful and not pushy, and we came to an agreed upon price.

Very slow response on communication when I first

Very slow response on communication when I first contacted them. Finally got to test drive the vehicle that I was interested in and requested price then they give a cost more than it was advertise for so there was no sale today

radio

you charged me ,but didn't program the radio. took it to king coal they didn't program the radio but didn't charge me 135.15 because they could not program it. that's the difference in gm dealership. I will not be back to yours and tell everyone that I see not to go to your dealership.
