Poor parts department customer service
Tried to purchase a part for my vehicle and was told they had two in stock, however, was unable to sell me one unless they were to install it. Claims that because the part in on nationwide back order the parts are being held for their service customers only.

The part(s) you inquired about were ordered for customers that have already been here and have been waiting for the parts in question. The part is indeed backordered, and we would be happy to order one for you as well, but we cannot sell you a part that was ordered for another customer that they have been waiting for. Amazing fast friendly service

Very poor if any help after buying new ram.
Have had the new ram since January 2000 and Still do not have a vehicle registration. it is now April 8 2020. Have called several times , talked to the sales mgr. Pat, but can get no help on my problem..Nothing..SHOULD NOT BE THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM TO GET A VEHICLE REGESTRATION..

Lowsy customer service
-My Jeep was never detailed albeit I bought it BRAND NEW. Dust and scuff marks were all over the place. -Finance department had me wait for an HOUR to simply sign three pieces of paper. Making me late for an appointment. -In that hour of wasted time, I told my sales person to have the mechanics look at my brakes because they sounded weird. NEVER HAPPENED. -I was told that I was going to get my fuel tank filled up because the dealership is 45min away from my house... NEVER HAPPENED -Sales personnel are great and lively, but deliver empty promises, do not care about anything but your money, and couldnt care less about the customer. I know that this is car sales, but at least lie to my face and make me feel special for putting down this much money
Bait and switch
Drove 2 hours to look at truck. I called and it was available when they opened and sold when I got there 2 hours later. They STILL have the truck on this website for sale. They said look at some other vehicles and we will give you a great deal for the confusion. So we look at another vehicle and their great deal is apparently full price not even $1 discount from internet price. Wasted 4 plus hours just in drive time and gas and a day off. Thank you guys.
Clayton we do apologize that the Tundra you came to look at sold before you arrived. All vehicles listed are first come first serve and unfortunately occasionally situations like this one occur. We do not intend to ever waste anyone's time. Online listings will normally disappear from our site within 24 hours after sale and 3rd party sites such as this one can sometimes take as long as 48 hours, depending on the timing of when they update their feeds. The vehicle you intended to look at is indeed sold.
December 24 am our van was towed to this facility. Did not expect to get it back till after Christmas. Turned out it was a hole in the radiator hose, they replaced it as we went to breakfast and we were back on the road in no time and the price was fair. Friendly people. Thank you!

Two days after purchase found out vehicle has major issue. Thought they did inspections. Don't even bother with them.
Had a car picked out with the general manager Alex, he said he was going to put the car aside for me buy, on a Saturday afternoon, and they are closed sundays !! Alex and I had agreed to a number for my trade and agreed on the price difference for the new car!! I was super excited!! Everything seemed smooth, so far.... Monday Morning the sales manager called , we also agreed , so he sent over a purchase agreement, and said Jordan was in school until 1 pm and he would call when he got to work , to finalize everything.....!! HE NEVER DID CALL, HE SENT A TEXT, SAYING THAT THE CAR WAS SOLD!!! THEN I TRIED CALLING AND ABSOLUTELY NO MANAGEMENT WOULD EXPLAIN WHY OR HOW!!! SAID THE CAR SOLD !! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!
We had a very good experience.
We bought a truck. Payments were higher than we wanted but need this size of truck. We do like it and sure it will fit our needs. The salesman is very helpful. But this is not the first time we bought a vehicle from you. We would recommend this dealership to others. We have several family members that have bought vehicles here.
