Third New KIA PURCHASE🥰
This is my third new KIA. Honestly I wouldn’t be buying another if it wasn’t for the ice storm we just had in February 2021, but it caused a tree to fall on my Silverado and Optima. So we had no choice, we had to get something to replace them. We decided on a KIA Sportage for now and look for a truck for him to fix up like he had done with the other. I miss my Optima, but I’m really liking my Sportage!
I’ve purchased 2 cars from here I will never deal with another dealership or service center. They are great! I have bought many cars and nothing beats Dutch Miller Kia

Jonathon known as the SNACK guy done the financing and was GREAT! Taylor Allen salesman was AWESOME I highly reccomend him! Drove over 2 hours for the car I wanted and would do it again and will if I need another car!!! Great experience!!!!
I bought a buick encore from this dealer about 8 months ago and have been told by several other dealers that i was overcharged. I went to trade the vehicle at another dutch miller lot where i was told i paid too much for the car and i now have 8000 in negative equity on my car. Therefore i can not trade it to a jeep as i want. I am very aggravated with this dealer to say the least. Make sure you alway check what the cars book for before taking their word for it. I dont think i will be buying my jeep from this dealer after learning this.
Worst case of bait and switch I have ever seen.
I called the day before told them what I saw online. Got there walking to vehicle, another salesman ran up behind us and was like I just sold it. Within 5 mins. my salesman was pushing to sell me a new one.

WARNING! To anyone looking to purchase a vehicle I DO NOT recommend Dutch Miller Kia . They have done nothing but lie to us and take as much money as they can with surprise fees that they cant explain . When questioned they will just keep changing their answer until they can justify it . They quote lower prices and continually raise them when you go to sign. They have left us feeling robbed , trapped and taken advantage of . They are a HORRIBLE business ! 6 years ago they were great but they have really gone down hill . I now regret ever doing business with them .
Service SUCKS charged $300 for a 62 part don't tru
Took advantage of my elderly mother charged $670 for 1 rotor and oil change checked price at parts store it was only $62 told her it was $300 their labor for 1 1/2 hr was $270 don't trust these people!!

I just did something that I swore I would never do again, which was to buy a new car. What finally sold me on a 2019 Sorrento with a V6 and AWD is the 20 year and 200k mile warranty and the 5 year zero percent financing. i want to give an unsolicited shout out to Kia and Dutch Miller Kia in general, and to Nathan Graves and the sales manager in particular for working with me to get all of my needs met. I acknowledge that I am not the easiest customer, especially when I am doing something I never would otherwise, but they went the extra mile to work with me. They knew I like to travel and wanted something to pull at most a 5000 lbs travel trailer, and the 20 years and 200k warranty should keep me mobile well into retirement. Thank you guys!
My temporary tags expire tomorrow. We have been told for over a month now that we would receive what we need in the mail. My husband stopped in last week and was told I would receive a call this past Monday. I never received a call. I left a voicemail on Monday afternoon to the titles department. My voicemail has never been returned. Based on principle alone, I will never recommend this business.
