My experience went very well and the salesman, Jon

My experience went very well and the salesman, Jon Castle, was extremely patient, helpful, & no pressure. In addition, Jonathan Murray, the finance manager, was also helpful and courteous.

A family member bought a truck from them in February.

A family member bought a truck from them in February. The salesman sealed the deal and we left with the vehicle. Insurance was obtained on said vehicle and all was well until the finance company deducted $1200 from my sons account saying that insurance was not put on the vehicle. We've been calling the dealership for weeks trying to talk to the salesman to have him to fax, email or whatever to show that State Farm did send proof of insurance. I chatted with an associate and instructed them to call and get this straightened out and send what is needed. They DID finally call and say "we hear you're looking for a Tacoma pickup truck" How much more incompetent can it get. My advice is get copies, copies, copies of everything before you drive off the lot.

We are senior citizens and the small things count.

We had the best experience from the Kia salesmen,We left the dealership completely happy with our purchase,Elmer did a great job taking care of us.We got what we wanted and needed.

I would highly recommend Dutch Miller Kia. This is my second Telluride. My 1st was a 2021 and my new one is a 2024. I absolutely love my Telluride! Jon Castle was so easy to deal with. He is for the customer! Go see Jon if you are looking for a new Kia!

Totally Disappointed

If I could give a "zero" star I would. Poorest service I have ever experienced. Never consistent in what they tell you. They can never get you in to service your vehicle in a timely manner. Maybe they need to stop selling cars so they can fix the ones they have sold before putting any more out on the road. Absolutely ridiculous.

Excellent Service Department

My first experience with service department was excellent!!! Very satisfied with my new 2022 KIA TELLURIDE & had first oil change FREE!! Staff was very courteous & friendly. Thanks to Brian Easterling for exceptional knowledge of my vehicle. Definitely an asset to dept. Waiting room very clean & well organized with several TVs, reading material, along with variety of drinks & snacks available. Restroom was very clean & organized. My experience with Dutch Miller KIA has been superior !!
