After a very long search for a reliable, used van, we worked with Stephanie Martin after finding one onlineat Bob Luegers. Because we are 3-4 hours away from this dealership, she was kind enough to send very detailed pictures and even did a Face Time call so we could see the van in operation. She, her office team, and delivery guys were excellent to work with. Very prompt and professional! We'll certainly use them again in the future.

Worked with Woody and Dallas on the purchase of our new Buick Envision. Pleasant experience and both were flexible and knowledgeable. Woody came in on his day off and Dallas went over the options and helped get us set up with On-Star.

We took our daughter to Bob Luegers to look for her first vehicle. We had never purchased a vehicle from Bob Luegers so did not know what to expect. Our salesman, Mark Gudorf, was very kind and helpful. He was not the "typical" pushy car salesman you may encounter at a large dealership. My daughter purchased a vehicle and we were very happy with our purchase. However, after a few days she began to have starting issues. I called Bob Luegers back and spoke with Mike Luegers. Mike and the rest of their staff went over and beyond to ensure my daughter's vehicle was consistently starting, and running safely as it should. (Because the problem was intermittent they did not catch it before it was placed on their lot.) But once it was brought to their attention they were very apologetic and made "it right". Where as another dealership would have said, you purchased AS IS, Bob Luegers stood by us and made sure her vehicle ran as we had expected it to. There are still honest dealerships that take pride in their word and company profile. Bob Luegers is that dealership.

Not intending to buy yet to do a bit of "baseline shopping." There was only one (that I know of) that fit our criteria, so I truly did not think we would be buying. Dallas Jenkins Car Sales was recommended to us by a friend, and we are sure glad he was! Friendly, non pushy, listened and addressed OUR wants; not what he wanted to sell or what he had in stock. He showed us the vehicle, 2022 Terrain Denali and many of the bells and whistles. What really attracted us was lo/no road noise and all the safety features. The next day, we went to Evansville to "shop around" and left frustrated by our experience of "being sold to" and being given all sorts of known "car salemen's tactics" that have given "car salesmen" a bad rap. We called Dallas back and knew we wanted the 2022 Terrain Denali. No pressure from him or the owner; no sales gimmicks - just heard our needs/wants and responded accordingly. FIRST TIME ever I have really enjoyed the car buying experience (and I have had quite a few! LOL)! I highly recommend Bob Leuger GMC AND Dallas Jenkins Car Sales!

Mark Gudorfs was our salesman. Very polite. Very knowledgeable about trucks. Answered all our questions. When we explained how we wanted to handle our deal, it was completed expertly.
