I loved working with Mark & Valerie on the purchase of my new 2021 GMC Acadia!! I saw the Acadia listed as "in transit" & told Mark that if the person ahead of me decided not to buy to please call me. Mark called me as soon as he got the notice that this vehicle was available. It was the exact color and trim packages that I was looking for! There was no squabbling over our trade-in and Mark gave me a quote over the phone & stuck with that quote when we arrived. All of our communication was by phone or email until I pulled in to buy the vehicle. When my husband and I arrived, we felt like Mark & Valerie were people that we could trust. They were both so friendly and helpful with this process. We did not arrive to pick up our vehicle until 7:00 pm (they closed at 8:00 that night) neither Mark or Valerie was in any rush to get us through the process, but were willing to answer any questions & walked us through the Onstar set up & Bluetooth. If I need another vehicle in the future, I will definitely call on Bob Luegers Motors.

Dave Luegers and staff are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional. They go out of their way to provide prompt service whether it be in the showroom, the maintenance dept or any service needed. They treat you like one of their family.

I generally have never enjoyed the car buying experience but Kyle makes the process stress-free. His friendly and honest approach is refreshing. He also is prompt at getting things done and returning messages. Kyle is by far the best car sales rep I have dealt with.

Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Stephanie was my sales person and she was very friendly and answered questions that I had about the 2019 Ram that I was interested in Financing was very knowledgeable and the paperwork was easy to understand and I received a better rate than expected.

Came here because of great reviews. Bought a 2020 Nissan Titan. Truck had less than 1/4 tank of gas. They said they would give me a few hundred more for my trade in. Then when it cam time to sign paperwork they said it wasn't worth changing price as would only affect my payment by a dollar or so. Truck also had 500 more miles than expected.
