Myers Ford is a family-owned and operated local Ford Dealership. Our dealership was founded in 1954 by John J. Myers Sr. Since that time It has remained in the family; in fact two second-generation and two third- generation Myers currently work at Myers Ford.

I use Myers Ford for all my car needs as they are

I use Myers Ford for all my car needs as they are friendly, reliable, and provide transportation to and from my work location when the work is done. However, I am honestly not happy with their service team's handling of tire maintenance. They are the only location I have been to that won't normally do tire balance with each routine tire rotation, as is typically recommended, unless they feel vibration while driving the vehicle. In fact, during our last tire rotation, when I asked for them to do it anyway to ensure my tires are balanced properly, they insisted it was not needed. So, after some back and forth on this, I trusted their recommendation and did not have it done, which I now regret. Fast forward 6 months later during our state inspection, we were told that the rear tires are getting very low which makes no sense since we had only put 13,000 miles on them. When we asked why this would happen, we were told it is likely due to the tires themselves, which is unlikely as the front tires were fine. We also never had this issue before with the same style of tires in previous years. However, it's clear that the rear tires wore out unevenly because they forced us to skip routine tire balance during our last tire rotation six months earlier. Now, I must wait for a prorated refund on those two tires and pay the remainder toward new ones because of their poor judgement.

Have dealt here for years, and always had great service.

Have dealt here for years, and always had great service. Went in for The Works, Was quoted $472 for rear brakes that were “needed soon” but would pass inspection. They didn’t have time to do inspection. Went somewhere else the next day for inspection. Was told the brakes did not need replaced soon. But, when needed, quoted me $540 for front AND rear brakes, AND front rotors if needed.

Very responsive.

Very responsive. Very straightforward and honest. No gimmicks. Great customer service during the process. And, very sensitive to time as I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

Car purchase

I had selected two car options prior to arriving. Dave Simmons had them ready and reviewed the differences with me and had tags ready for me to test drive. Caid made the finance and warranty process seamless. Donna handled the paperwork with ease. I ordered upgraded floor mats and luggage rack cross bars through Mike in the parts department and had them in a few days. Love the loaner for life! Side note: This dealer recently repaired and serviced my Chevy Silverado and did a awesome job!

I just purchased my third vehicle and every experience

I just purchased my third vehicle and every experience has been great, definitely a number 10. Had some issues with one of the cars (All have been used) and they took care of it immediately . That is why we keep going back!!!

I don?t mind paying a little more for service to be done properly so I?ll continue to use Myers Ford in Elkton Virginia. They?ve treated me fairly with all three vehicles have bought from them, whether it was a used vehicle or a new vehicle. They keep me updated on recalls.

A wonderful experience

Myers Ford in Elkton, VA is the best! They treat the customer with utmost respect and more like family, not just a business transaction to them. I will always buy my Fords from Myers.
