first of all I would like to say I like my truck and

first of all I would like to say I like my truck and Chris Henson was great. I would give him 5 stars. I bought my truck on 3/23/24 and while talking with Chris who ordered my tonneau cover said they would call as soon as it came in to get it installed and I paid to have the outside and inside Simonic and was told they should be calling in the next few days to set that up. I called today to check on the cover and it is in and I also asked about the other and was told it could be 2 weeks or longer and that is when they were also going to install the cover. If I knew that when purchasing the truck that would have been a deal breaker right there. You pay big bucks for a new vehicle and they should have that done with a day or two of the purchase. The Simonic is supposed to protect the outside from stuff messing with the paint, what happens if something gets on it before they have it brought in in a couple of weeks. Tell you your out of luck even though you paid to get it done. I did get them to agree to install the cover tomorrow 3/27 we will see what kind of job they do on this. I am disappointed that the things can't be done in a more timely manner than 2 or 3 weeks. A person should have all the things done first and then buy the vechile and it would get done very quick so they can get paid.

Don’t trust Champion

Don’t trust these guys. I had a blowout the other night on I 71. Had it towed to Champion needed to pick it up and drive it 300 miles on the Sunday I asked them to make sure and check the alignment got in the car Sunday and it pulls violently to the right. I will now have to replace the front tire when I get back to Michigan. Very disappointed. I actually called back to check to make sure they checked it and they lied to me.

There was initially the usual bantering back and forth during the purchase process but once the things settled down the purchase process went fine. Both the salesman and the office staff were well-informed and easy to work with. I took the vehicle back for routine maintenance about 90 days later and that experience was just fine.
