My Jeep is a 2022 Willys.
My Jeep is a 2022 Willys. It has never been on the trails. The jeep quit. The jeep was towed to Dick Meyer Jeep in Harrisonburg, VA. I spoke to Terry Powers in the Service Dept. She stated that since it was the holidays they would not be able to look at my jeep until the following Monday. I told her that I needed to know as soon as possible b/c I needed to get back to MI for work. I told her that my dealership stated that I could get a loaner car for 5 days. She stated they did not have a loaner available. On 12.30.24 Terry called and said that I needed a new output shaft and they would order it. She told me that I should have my jeep by 1.3.25. I received a call on 1.3.25 stating that it wasn't the output shaft, it needed a new transmission. She would have to get approval from jeep and when she did they would order the transmission. I asked her again about a loaner vehicle and again she stated there was not one available. I did ask Terry for the customer service number b/c I wasn't happy with how this experience has been. Her words "I can give you the number honey but I know from experience that they will not help you at all." As of 1.6.25 I had not heard anything from the Dick Meyers regarding my jeep. I called the dealership on 1.7.25 and Terry stated she had not got approval from jeep yet to order the transmission. On 1.9.25 I went to Champion Jeep where I purchased the jeep to see if they could help me out on how to get a loaner. They were not able to help me in that b/c my jeep was getting repaired at another dealership. The manager did go to the service dept. to see if the service manager had any ideas. Sorin (service mgr) stated that when they have had someone from another state come in for repairs that they were able to get a rental car approved through Enterprise. He told me what to say to Terry so I could get a rental car. I called her and she stated that my dealership didn't know what they were talking about. I called my service mgr back to let him know what she said. He then decided to call her and she told him that there was nothing she could do b/c I was in MI and she refused to even try. I was told that my jeep was ready on 1.15.25. I rented a car on 1.16.25. I picked up the jeep on 1.16.25. My son was driving the jeep out of the dealership and stopped down the road b/c the jeep wasn't sounding right. I was driving the rental car. I got into the jeep and it was rattling in the front when you slowed down. We took it right back to the dealership and I asked Terry if someone drove it after fixing to make sure everything was ok. Terry said yes and that they had the best technician. My son and myself told her that something wasn't sounding right. She argued stating her technician was the best. My son stated that something wasn't right and he felt uncomfortable sending me back to MI with a shoddy jeep. She stated if he wanted to have that attitude she didn't have to help us out and looked at my son and stated "just to let you know my technician is bigger than you". That to me sounded like a threat. I sent a survery stating my disappointment of Dick Myers Jeep and I have yet to hear anything from anyone from that dealership. I would not take my jeep there again.

typical stealership - came from long way off for 8 yr old
typical stealership - came from long way off for 8 yr old truck and they knew i was coming and told me no negotiations on price.. i disclosed too much info and they took advantange of it. do not recommend at all. did not disclose all the damage on the truck. Side mirror is broken... but it passed MVA inspection! found the sames team arrogant and deceitful... avoid this place at all cost.

Worst experience at a dealership ever. They totally lied and told us our engine was toast after breaking down on interstate traveling back to New Hampshire. Ended up having to buy another vehicle there and they gave us hardly anything for our dodge ram truck that supposedly needed an engine. Bought the other vehicle to get home and honestly sent title of other vehicle to them. Just to see our old truck online for sale with no issues according to the car fax and their website. Tried several times to get ahold of dodge to report with no help from them because of the lies of this dealership. Apparently it was just a fuse which they knew but truly being out of staters they totally ripped us off. Salesman lied as did the service department. Been a while since this happened but it still burns me the deceit we experienced there

Just the absolute worst experience.
Just the absolute worst experience. My radio won’t work and it’s been months and I’ve gotten zero help. It’s a general jeep dealership issue at this point. No one is helpful or willing to go above and beyond to fix a simple radio. It’s pretty amazing that they are still in business at this point.

My salesman, Bo Hobbie, did a wonderful job getting me into the Hyundai. I was injured in the accident that brought me there and he was very aware of my pain. He moved everything along to make things go without a hitch. He was very very personable and did .everything he could to not only make me comfortable but hurry along the process so I wouldn't have to sit for too long. I would recommend Dick Myers and Bo Hobbie to any friends and family. 10 out of 10, high marks
